He knows one of the most strongest techniques(Jinton) and one of the most useful techniques(Fly) but hasn't taught them to any other ninja in Iwagakure from what we have seen.

Now I understand they could be very hard to learn but someone else in the village if taught had to of got it. They cant all be fodder.

Can you imagine how powerful Iwa would be if they had like an army of people who could just fly.

He could die at any moment and these techniques would most likely be lost forever.

Kekkai Touta is a heritable trait like kekkai genkai, you have to be born with the ability to combine the three elements, if you don't have the ability to combine three elements, you cant do the jutsus related to it (jinton)

both oonoki and muu have this ability from birth

The thing with Neji isn't that Rotation was hard to learn, its that Branch members aren't suppose to learn it ( which is stupid since they're suppose the Main's protectors) and Neji learned it by Observation since they weren't going to teach him it.

You can't just simply teach Kekkei Touta, it probably is a bornwith ability, even if it isn't so you still need to learn 3 elements, let alone combine those, even Minato couldn't add an element to his Rasengan.
