I think its safe to say that Onoki is in the top three strongest shinobi were; strength, flying and dust release!!!! Also, after a messed up back and mad injuries he's willing to go head to head with Madara with confidence! Idk about yall but Onoki is BADASS and i only see two shinobi beating him.

that was pretty impressive and impossible, if you think about it the ratio/weight he would have had to make the meteor would have to be crazy. its one of those times that in the future you will say if he was able to do this then why cant coulnt he do that?
that aside Daaaayuum that was cool! i can see him as a bad A$s. i see him as one of the most carefully thought out characters since he is able to control weight and i see his flying ability realistic.

Hiruzen was the strongest kage of his time as stated by kabuto


who were the other kages? Ooonoki, yagura,3rd raikage,gaaras father


with minato's speed he should be able to kill him , also using barrier ninjutsu to redirect the attacks

itachi...., oonoki hasnt shown speed enough to dodge amaterasu... yea



yes he stopped a meteor...he was possibly the only one who could do it, that doesnt mean he deservest top 10, he was just capable of reducing the weight of the meteor with his jutsu, how is that going to help in actual battle ?
