Even if Onoki isnt fast he still has flight which means he could keep himself airborn and asault him with jinton.

Hiruzen could erect a earth wall and when raikage recklessly rushes through it, he would be caught in onoki's Jinton.

So what? He was in V1 when he jumped and the 3rd raikage is extremely fast, probably as fast as the 4th when they're both in their V1. Also they both have the same physical shape, he could easily propel himself that high. If Naruto can do it then it will be child's play for the 3rd Raikage.

Obviously the speed isnt the same.lol The lightning armor increase the users base speed, but if one persons base speed is faster than someone elses, and they use lightning armor then the one with the superior base speed will still be faster.
