Well i have noticed that nobody has been able to attack madara, but when madara was explaining why itachi killed is clan sasuke managed to attack him with amaterasu, and now i ask, only an uchiha can kill madara?

if only an Uchiha can hurt him, then Itachi would know this, and he know's about Sasuke/Naruto's epic rivalry, and how powerful they'd both get, so Itachi's gift to Naruto was probably a piece of his DNA so Naruto could kill Madara. and he wishes that naruto would never have to use it because he want's Sasuke to be the one to kill Madara.

First welcome to the base.
Second other people have attacked him, its been noted Konan pushed him pretty far and made him use Izangi, Minato tagged that masked bastard who attacked the leaf with a rasangan. So its possible that people other than the Uchiha can hurt him.
I dont think its going to be just Sauske Killing him though(still not sure why he hasnt attacked him at this point,after Itachi Madara was supposed to be next on his list of people to kill, then the leafs remaining elders). But if it was a Uchiha killing Uchiha it would just repeat the clans cursed fate, Sauske and Naruto will break the cycle some how i think?

first hokage defeated madara, and 4th hokage wounded madara causing him to flee. madara can be damaged or killed when tries to strike an enemy because he is still vulnerable enough to be hit from a counter attack which is what minato did... if madara didnt run and fought minato, madara would have most likely died the same night, then minato would have sealed the nine tails in naruto and died.
