οΎ’ Appearance
Formally known as Android #99, or ''Code name: Diluc Ragnvindr'' is a completely unique tool within his own right that is comprised of inner mechanisms that function to the utmost likely-hood of humanoid concepts. His outward appearance can be easily fooled to be of purely human whilst if looked at within his body it is merely an extremely advanced formulation of wires, metal, and technology. He appears to be in his mid 20s, however is known to be much older than that when reference to his unknown history that he keeps secretive. His pale like complexion is almost like he is already dead but is only a plastic that is stretched over a metallic infrastructure. His hair is dyed red, long in nature that is parted semi over his face three ways while a long pony tail is tight in the back. His eyes are piercing red, with a dull, emotionless gesture to them that gives off the assumption that he may not care most of the time. His clothing of choice is similar to that of a re-imagined renaissance era attire, fashioned with a white button up that has metallic edges on the collar that has a thin chain connected to each tip, with a black tie and a unique ruby firmly attached to the end. He often combines this with a very elongated black trench coat with gold like trim at each end of the sleeves and collar with fur at the end of the coat that is presumably from a black dire wolf. Equipped around the white dress shirt and thus wrapping around behind his coat is a two-way black leather belt that goes circular around his waist and then diagonal of his chest with the belt buckle made of gold to the far-left side in the shape of a flame. His pants are of traditional nature; being that of just ordinary black pants that cuff underneath his boots that is ideally simple yet traditional as well footwear. More than likely, he may or may not acquire a set of black gloves to match with his outfit, however it is not a daily routine to equip them for him. A year after, however, he had changed within measure, through the ancient art of the elven book of obligations he had turned himself back into flesh and thus with real blood running through his now formed veins. Due to this his hair turned white, his skin became more palm in complexion, his ears pointed with his height growing slightly in stature. Although this is the form of his elven counterpart, he may at any moment revert back to his previous appearance; however due to this change in him he will forever be known as flesh and blood and henceforth be able to feel like other humans do regardless of his chosen outward appearance. His elven form mostly consists of his usual attire, however if he chooses to remain in this form, he may choose to dawn a more castlevanian gothic look, ideally matching it with cross earrings.

οΎ’ Personality
Diluc Ragnvindr is somewhat of a quiet type; often listening than be listened to. He accompanies this theology with the concept that he may learn about the world before his time, perhaps someday he may eventually stumble across the key to achieving his goal of changing the tragic future that he came from. Although he is an artificial human, and like most of his kind to be predicted as emotionless, Diluc is more of a passionate intellectual that ponders to himself alone often and can be seen sometimes merely thinking rather than speaking. His hidden passion is nature, alongside finding comfort in knowing that technology has not gotten so out of hand yet unlike the place he came from. Because of this he finds complete disgust of his own kind, androids, cyborgs alike to which he deems unnatural in its own right and will often refer to them as abominations that needs to be stopped before it's too late. Although he deems his own kind to be evil, he seeks to understand them more every day and ultimately wants to control them in turn, this personality trope is more than likely inherited by his father who he believes to be mostly confused and untamed or lesser than his own intelligence. In his hopes to control the other androids that have been created or cyborgs that is half of which he believes he could stop them from further destructive ideologies and perhaps in the future make them believe they could co-exist with the humans peacefully. His other passion that is more known to the public is his love for wine, although he doesn't often drink to his fullest, he finds un-expressive enjoyment from offering his goods to the public and will often or not carry some in small vials inside his coat that he may offer to his comrades. He wishes that someday he may rest easy, knowing that the world will come to a happy ending and then open a winery or ''pub'' so that he may appropriately retire. Through the years that shortly occurred within his journey so far, he had stumbled upon a book that which changed him forever. Through this book he was then possessed by an elven prince that was once known to be of the lesser-known holy within their home land of Gondolin. Because of this his personality and appearance merged within him and thus caused him to transform into an elf thus, discarding his android like form in the process. Although the elven prince is not known to be overwhelming, he is known to be quite cunning, manipulative, and evil in his ways and regards himself as someone without aggressive views therefore he might never fully take control over Diluc's body.

οΎ’ Pelican Contract: Being the Founder of the Pelican Contract, he was known to be the first ever to stumble upon their realm of ''Tensamigoku'' or Heavenly Summit. Standing before its floating islands they soon took a likely to Diluc to which they would offer him their prowess in battle.

οΎ’
Elven Race: With their bodies being pure and near perfect they moved with such flow and elegance being in complete control of their own bodies. When they fought it would almost seem like they were almost dancing, no move wasted all having a flow of elegance. Due to their pure bodies infused with the direct power of the tree they gained enhanced strength, stronger than normal men (but not enough to warrant difference in Taijutsu damage). All their senses got improved with the sealing of the Silmarillis, including their vision. They became able to see better in lower or higher light conditions than a normal human, allowing them near perfect vision in the dark. Additionally, they could see more clearly in the distance and have a better perception of space and color than most humans. However, it still pales in comparison to any of the Doujutsu. This was inspired by the killing intent jutsu. With that you are able to amplify you're killing intent through your chakra. This on the other hand is the ability to sense killing intent even without the use of unique chakra sensing. With this would could sense anything with the intent to harm, destroy, kill, anything that isn't seen as pure. So, for example, earth spikes would be used to kill through nature, you'd be able to sense this, where as an earthen shield you wouldn't be able to sense as there is no harmful or evil intent behind this. This stems from the good intent intended when the sealing jutsu was done to create the clan's abilities. This was proven possible by the likes of Karin who could sense the darkness is Sasuke chakra and the lightness in Narutos. It would allow the user in a fight to sense when they are in danger from a sneak attack much like what some may call a "spider sense" as they would sense what's harmful to them and not of a pure nature. As is seen as tradition through the ages, the idea of elves has always been seen with bows and arrows, it goes with their acute senses, vision and reflexes to be able to execute such methods. Within their forest they had to patrol the borders and at the same time didn't want to show themselves to draw attention from the outside world and so their powers and bows came into play. They forged sacred bows which don't use normal arrows. The uses releases chakra into their bow to create an arrow of holy fire chakra from their kg. The arrow can be made to be offensive or testier. Offensive would be the arrows of light that burn when they strike and purify. The testier would hit their target as a purifying light, if they bear negative intent, it will harm them, if not it will pass straight through them.

Epilogue : Glory to the Uncrowned
It was during the day that it happened, the downfall of man that turned the skies into embers; clouded by smoke and the sound of chaos as the civilians of the little town called ''Mondstadt'' was thrown into. The year was 1028 era arc unknown, the world was peaceful before it turned, calm yet good, everyone knew that the heroes of this story had claimed victory once again till it all fell. The void awakened, the ground below ripped, the skies erupted into a blackened chaos of evil as portals grew at large; conjuring forth powerful destructive deities that began their reign of terror. At this time our main character had found refuge within the confines of his proclaimed and very well-known winery within the small town that he called home before falling embers attached themselves upon its rooftop to immediately engulf it in flames. The wine burst to the heat, the liquid fell from its shelf leaving behind more fuel for the flames. Diluc, the shop owner, burst outward from its front door in horror, the world had fallen to the darkness of the void, the false deities had arisen once more with their full force and intent to disrupt the peace. Rushing to a nearby cliff that overlooked the town he saw death overtake the civilians of his homeland, fires broke out in every homestead whilst the evil deities slaughtered his people. Clinching his fist in anger Diluc could not stand idle no longer, he branded his legendary great sword before suddenly feeling an immense presence behind him. Turning around to witness a tall figure of stature, wearing a black mask over his face that which he gave off the presence of this chaotic armies' leader. Diluc knew of this individual, he had fought with him previously many years ago and almost fell to his knees to worship him in his darker yet weaker state of mind, however not anymore. In rage he dashed towards his foe that stood in his way, clashing swords with it before finally his sword broke by the sere prowess of the combatants. Slowly stepping away from the individual closer to the edge of the cliff he felt defeated and hopeless at this point, no knowing what to do as the individual had not a scratch upon his armor yet. Distracted by this thought the evil entity swiftly dashed forward with speeds that Diluc could not comprehend, immediately he felt a warm presence where his abdomen was, looking down to discover that their sword had pierced him. The sword had been thrusted in then out without hesitation in murderous intent by the enemy and with that Diluc fell off the cliff into a small yet deeper than imagined water fall below where he then magically warped back in time 200+ years ago before the calamity to which he wondered what happened to his town and even his father . . .

Chapter i : The Flame Atronach, The Twin Sacrifices
Hurling downwards from the sky above was an individual clad in his benevolence, exiting a portal that reached so high in the sky that it could barely be noticeable by the creatures that stood below the mountainous region of Dainashi. The snow, heavy in its natural state of this region, fell hesitantly slower than the descent of this individual whilst the only thing he could see in front of him was a foggy, white ground that swiftly approached and grew with every inch of falling. The clanging of his armament dangled against their counterpart, his clothes and hair stood with the gravity taking himself all the way downwards onto the snowy field below before an immediate halt within his movement occurred. Landing perfectly with his right knee firmly planted onto the ground whilst the left foot stood equal measure his infamous great sword stood pierced upon the field with his right hand grasped upon its handle. This immediate halt of momentum was with such immense force to scatter the entirety of the snow around the impact point outwards in a 360-degree fashion that naturally emitted embers of hot flame from the vicinity. The graceful upward floating of the embers that circled the entry of this individual made for a perfect image that slowly dissipated with time afterwards he realized his reality; he was suddenly thrown into a different world. . . The individual looked down, clasping at his abdomen to investigate if he was still hurt from the sword that pierced him earlier. In mere shock he'd soon discover that he was completely healed, however lifting up his dress shirt to discover a large scar that once resided a blade. With no words to mutter he'd simply take a mental note of this and stand up, resting his palm on his great sword's pommel. Looking around he had not a clue where he was, everything seemed odd, he was supposed to be drowning in a pool of his own blood by now but instead he awoke to a snowy grave? It didn't seem much of a grave, he wasn't dying at this point and this only led to many questions that he could not answer for himself. Where was he? How'd he gets here? How was he healed already and where is everyone he once knew, all questions that had perhaps appeared in the forefront of his mind, however all withstanding unanswered . . .His sister had arrived to this area and thus the two had finally met, what this foresaw nobody could know . . .The snow fell upon the glow of the individual's red graceful locks, shifting amongst the gentle breeze that overtook the field. Taking a deep breath in then slowly releasing his it he took in the feeling of slight nostalgia as if he was already back home, although the frigidness of the snow quaked isle brought him oh so backwards into reality without haste. The sudden cry of a wolf emitted amongst the calmness of the surroundings, erupting into the ear of the red-haired knight. Shifting his head downwards with a glare of intent to investigate he pierced right through the still like landscape of the pilling white congregation, swiftly lunging himself forward in a dash to arrive seemingly unnoticed. The blood ruined the land, the corpses of previous souls vanquished by hardened steel, the air reckoned with the cries of their family fell upon the deafness of a psychopath. A wolf not too old enough to stand against his family's onslaught took upon the will and courage of his fallen brethren; yelping and almost lunging at the brute whom massacred his kind. Before the woman would notice the leap of faith it took for this younger wolf to muster in committing the red-haired knight fell from the heavens above betwixt the pathway of them both. Within a blink of the eye his hand already upon the firm grasp of his back neck, his eyes glaring into the very soul of the puppy; the red endless seas that partook upon the very pupil. The dog eventually calmed down then rested upon the shoulder of the individual to rest. A sudden figure approaches! Unknowing of his intent the three discussed more of what would happen next . . .The slow descent of the snow came with mere shock and silence of the two unnoticeable twin like brother's and sister's, the puppy now soundly asleep on the shoulder of the red-haired knight. There was much questions to be asked of the two, an exchange of how they happened upon each other so abruptly and where they were during all this time, however common conversation had to wait. Before anymore words could be muttered between them a sudden figure approached ! With a quick jolt of the head and eyes fixture the knight looked over his shoulder to glance upon him, his back still remained facing his sister. With a scoff of his breath, he merely saw this introduction as a means of friendly confrontation, something that was quite odd seeing how isolated the area was, a fight could've easily pursued, although the seemingly graceful nature of this individual's entrance into the two meant that he had no evil intent. Stepping back so his sister could take the lead for a moment as they stood face to face and spoke of this and that the red-haired knight merely folded his arms and closed his eyes to remain in a quiet nature as he listened to the pursuing dialogue. Eventually he grew quite unsteady by the words that his sister uttered to the tall man; almost feeling like he should intervene to stop a potential battle from occurring due to believing that his sister's words were quite inequable to the standards of which the situation held, however still remained in his foresight of merely standing there without a word. The puppy began to whimper, perhaps he was having nightmares, it began to cuddle up more closely to the neck of the red-haired knight for more comfort before soundly going back to sleep. The knight merely gave notice to this by slightly glancing towards the dog with one eye then closing again to redirect his attention back to the situation at hand. His poor sister had naively taken part of this individual's sorcery, perhaps she did not know of his potential, or could not simply understand what he could do with the memories that she oh so freely shared without charge. Nevertheless, the two exchanged further words, official greetings, and names before eventually peacefully rendering a solution to remain there without conflict. The red-haired knight would utter some words right after his sister had spoken last, ''We need to find shelter soon, these corpses will attract predators within the minutes, id much prefer it if we prevent more blood-shed from happening since these quick escalated comprehensions have been deescalated for the time being.'' Opening his eyes to reveal his glowing, yet nearly emotionless red eyes towards the tall man that had proclaimed his name to be, ''Alucard'', he'd suggest a motion towards him that he might have a home nearby that they could retreat to. They eventually retreated towards the Crimson keep, home of the Hellsing . . . soon joining their ranks. Alucard would welcome them to the fold whilst Diluc questions him of the year to which stunted his reality for a moment . . .The mere yet simple question of asking the knight his name had been backtracked by the mention of the year it was currently, with a sudden burst of realization like a flash back it took the knight's mindset away to another realm for a brief moment, his eyes flickered wide and remained into a dazed state of mind for what would seem to be mere seconds in actual time but felt like years within his own ... It was then that his life flashed before his eyes, the memories rushing back to the days of old where he was then swiftly thrusted into the age that which he came from. The colors of everything surrounding his vision were black and white, no recognition of sound would be heard as he lifted his hand up within his line of sight to discover that he was much younger than he was prior. At this moment his mother would barge into his room, suddenly realizing that he was laying on his bed as a 17-year-old once again. His mother informed him that dinner was ready then proceeded to shut the door again to return to the dining room table on the first floor. The red-haired boy got up from his bed, although hesitantly as if he was scared to do so, walking slowly towards the door of his own room and then opened it; walking through its corroders into another memory... He was now 19, standing in front of his father whom was teaching him the proper usage of a sword. The red-haired boy remembered this moment, it was weeks before he would deploy into the ranks of the shinobi forces with the frontlines. ''Come on boy, you can't defeat those horrific demons without knowing proper positioning!'' His father spoke as he tossed a practice wooden sword towards him, catching it with both hands quickly yet with sloppy manner before getting into position like he was taught several times before. ''Okay ... let's begin! Remember to block!'' The father yelled before rushing the red-haired boy down to strike towards the wooden practice sword that the boy was meant to block. The sound of the clash between the swords echoed and thus with it another change of memory ... Now thrusted into the time of which he was about to turn 20 in a few days, he was ecstatic for his birthday to come soon, however the thought would escape him swiftly as he realized suddenly, he was on the field of war. The now red-haired knight would look left then right then left again in recollection of his fellow brethren being slain without mercy by the tall figures of the void, demonic in their own nature. Scared as he may have been to see this he reluctantly pushed onward as his upper commanded him to, grasping his great sword in both hands he'd vanquish a few within his path and although he seemed to be making somewhat of a dint within their numbers it meant nothing as they were continuing to pour through the wormhole that was directly above them. It was then that the knight had no other choice but to go against the wishes of his own upper and use his chakra, a horde of monstrous beings surrounding the knight that would seemingly be counted up to hundreds. The knight's eyes flickered with red crimson; his body formed veins of hot fiery chakra before erupting a gigantic geyser of flame that consumed the entire battle field in one go. This immediately turned every demon into ash as they then a few minutes later scattered against the wind, a calm yet horror overtook the field as blood and guts laid still in massive puddles of the fellow shinobi whom fell to the void's wrath. Within the aftermath a massive cloud of smoke would leave its notice relinquishing itself from the corpus of the ground up to thousands of meters and feet away... His higherup whispered a name that which echoed throughout the gentle breeze and into the ears of the knight ... ''Kagutsuchi''. Snapping out of the flashbacks that had occurred to him due to the sudden jolt of movement that caused his body as Alucard rested his arm against his shoulder he'd look over at him and proclaim his name for the first time since forever ... ''Diluc Ragnvindr.'' He would then eventually realize that his aging was a mere illusion of deceit propagated by his father, whom wanted his sister a brother, however wanted her to grow up with him mid-way towards her child-hood instead of giving birth to a brand-new sibling; thus, he was created.
