One Wish
Living in the world, I only had one wish,
It was to have someone I could trust and cherish, more than anything else,
You answered my prayer, and in turn granted me bliss,
And now it’s my turn to make your heart melt.
When we hold hands walking into the orange sunset sky,
What comes after can only be described as warmth, and a hope,
A hope we never have to truly say goodbye,
Because that’s something with which I could never cope.
But because of the bond we have made,
Not even in death do we part,
So our love will never fade,
And we’ll hold each other together forever, in our hearts.
Living in the world, I only had one wish,
It was to have someone I could trust and cherish, more than anything else,
You answered my prayer, and in turn granted me bliss,
And now it’s my turn to make your heart melt.

Because that’s something with which I could never cope.
But because of the bond we have made,
Not even in death do we part,
So our love will never fade,
And we’ll hold each other together forever, in our hearts.
