Tobi has Obito's sharigan since it has been confirmed in this recent chapter. What I don't understand is how that sharigan has not lost its light yet? Tobi always has that sharigan activated and on top of that his S/T jutsu has to be from using the MS. Tobi has been using Obito's MS since Minato was still alive and it still hasn't faded yet? I'm wondering if this is because Tobi has Hashirama's DNA which increases the power of sharigan's and their abilities. I think it makes since because Obito's right eye clearly out classes the eye Kakashi has and it has more then one ability then the eye Kakashi has(phasing tech and him being able to suck objects into his eye).

It's not stated that it's Obito's sharingan, you just assumed that. And second it's not a MS. You don't need an ms for spacetime. Again you assumed since Kakashi uses spacetime with his MS. If it was obito's sharingan then he might not need the MS for using spacetime, but instead using the first hokage's cells/DNA.

Well it is very implied that he has Obito's sharigan. But it also implies that Tobi is not Obito. Tobi said he got that sharigan at the bridge where Kakashi was named the "Hero with the Sharigan" which I guess in a way says that Tobi took Obito's sharigan after he died. What I am saying is that its obvious that Tobi's S/T has to be a MS tech because every single time it shows him using that tech it never shows his sharigan. Which I think Kishi did that for a obvious reason. Hashi's cells just increases the powers of the sharigan. I recall Itachi saying that Shisui's MS could not be used for another 10 years unless they had control over Hashirama's chakara. Which I guess makes sense.

will kakashi's Sharingan loose it's light. i guess not. and he didn't yet show any sign of blindness in his sharingan cause it's implanted (even though it's not EMS). i guess it's the same case with Tobi.
