No that's fanfic,scans only showed a few people and everybody had the components of chakra which are yin and yang,the save taught them how to bind the two together according to madara and use ninjutsu while the sage tried to teach ninshuu. There was no physiology change as everybody likely had the network there still.and edos are immune to even infinite tsukyomi
