It's just the opposite, OP being the most simple to understand manga.
You need to watch or read from the beginning and be a bit patient. We get only 1 chapter a week and OP is currently on a break so it won't be hard for you to catch up. Don't try to dive in any of the arcs randomly to reduce the time, read about 100 chapters and then i don't think you will need some one's advice for continuing or stopping OP.
