You literally said nothing. Their hair isn't even the main issue here, overall colours look terrible.
Like I asked then, the issue is the specific colors, and not that they're brightly colored then? In that case, why can't these colors be used for agents in an organization of assassins. What about these colors conflicts with the concept of a military organization of assassins?
Unless you can provide an actual reason such an organization can't have people that look like this, then you're talking out of your ass.
In the end the one who may end up having Judge's character traits is the "trash-son" he kept up rejecting. Looks like the genetical modifications impacted on their hair style more than i imagined. As majority of the fan-arts, i also always thought they were all blond and thus seeing this, it comes as surprise. Wouldn't be surprised at this point that when Judge's mask will fall, we'd realise his eyebrows also go the same way as Sanji's. As for the style in itself, what i liked about the cover is the way Oda implemented Big Mom's theme in it without herself being needed to take place in it from the background colors and the skull in the "One Piece", as well as the difference in ideals designed around Sanji and Luffy on the background as well. The germas could have been better though without those hair styles. The only one i think is fitting is Reiju
The eyebrow thing is interesting, Didn't think of that before. That could be it why he is wearing that mask all his life.
Damn I hope that is true, that would be so funny if Judge shares his eyebrow direction with his failed son.
Interestingly enough, Reiju's eyebrows also see to not match her brothers'.

Unless this is an error that Oda kees making, it might be possible that Sora tried to use the drug on Reiju too, since she expresses a degree of emotion, and that the eyebrows could be an indicator of the successful genetic modification.
