Luffys era is over, and the straw hats have broken up. All other hardcore pirates or marines have either split up, died, or taken a different direction in life. It is an era with no veterans, completely rookies, all battling as luffy did in his adventure to get to the top. Most high rank marines and pirates are still within the age of 20-30.

Devil Fruit: Gorudo Gorudo No Mi (Gold Gold Fruit), allows Gold to make gold, create gold, and turn into it (but not reform like a logia), he can make structures with it, traps, and harden his fists with it, also makes swords out of it. He stumbled upon it in his village during his days as a child slave, he was starving so he swallowed it whole and passed out, gaining the power to control gold. He then escaped the next day using his powers.

Haki: Kenbunshoku, Busoshoku, Haoshoku, can only unknowingly use Kenbunshoku and Haoshoku, can't use them at will

Things You Need To Know
1. For some unknown reason, the Haoshoku haki to 1 in a million has gone down to 1 in 100,000.
2. If you have a non-canon devil fruit, there must be a story on how you came across it and a good explanation on it
3. While the 4 other blues are available, the story will take place in Paradise/New World
4. You can collect beli from stealing it, or finding treasure chests
5. You need to pay up for food, supplies, and the well being of your ship
6. Another special power must be described if you don't have a devil fruit
7. There are no yonkos at the moment
8. Once the first 10-12 pirates reach what was sabaody archielpalgo (which is now an island with a large city) and have a bounty of atleast 100,000,000 they will be declared the new supernova
9. The government might send you a letter about being a schichibukai, it's your choice if you want to accept it or not
10. Being a yonko means you either rule in the underworld, have a lot of territory, you are feared or all 3.
