[Spoilers] One Piece Serious Questions

I'm watching One Piece, yeah but can't help but notice that the new movie for ONE PIECE : FILM Z
is about the guy called "Master Z". Also we see the lady from the recent filler episodes of one piece ( the anime)
in the movie.

My question is like, why did Oda make a 3 episode filler about characters from the new movie? is it a teaser? or does he plan to continue what happened in the film ?

One could consider it a promo for the Movie....and the problem is that if they decide to make it Canon like New World then either they have to declare it happened at some random point, or say that they decided to change how the Straw Hats entered the New World...to be honest I prefer them entering into a sea of fire XD

As said before it's just an introduction to the movie. For the previous movie, Strong World, he did exactly the same (I'm not going to count that 3D movie) with the Little East Blue mini arc.
