NOTICE
Welcome to the RP. This is meant to be a serious RP that should act very similar to the Official Naruto RP. As this is to be a similar run down to the official RP section, there are several rules to follow. I will be monitoring EVERYTHING that goes on in this thread. If I notice any unfair/foul play or rule breaking, you will be reported. I will give a warning via VM/PM to first time mistakes, though after the first mistake, there will be a watchful eye, and I will not be as lenient. Follow the official RP rules and the rules of this specific thread.
The RP
There are several aspects to this RP. You will choose your character and follow through the RP as you would any other. This RP is dedicated to the One Piece series and should follow the story line of it. You may use canonical characters, though their history, personality, and abilities can not be changed to dramatic extents. You may join Pirate Crews, take on missions, and battle other players in this RP.
You may NOT kill other players unless they specifically allow it

Powers & Abilities
As a central theme in the One Piece series, Pirate Crews and Marine Organizations are an important aspect of the RP. JOINING A CREW/ORGANIZATION IS MANDATORY!!! Only those who have reached the rank of captain may create their own Crew/Organization. Players on this RP who are on the same Crew act as team mates (similar to the village groups in the official Naruto RP). However, you may also still be in a crew/organization and act as a soloist
If you create your own pirate crew, then you have the power to accept or decline players that request to join your crew. Also, if you create your own crew, you can create other characters to join that crew. (Limit to 2 additional characters being made - so 3 total) ***Be sure that is easy to distinguish between the other characters you create!
Vice-Admirals have the power to switch marines into other organizations, and this must be followed. All Marine Rankings must follow the higher-ranks. Failure to do so will eventually label the player as a Pirate
How these groups plan to work on a technical aspect is up to a player. Only members of a group can discuss how the inside of their group works. Therefore, a Straw Hat crew member has no say on how a Heart Pirate Crew should operate (With the chance of an alliance, only the higher-ups of the groups may discuss plans with one another). If one group wishes to go to war with another group, that is acceptable. If one member of a group wishes to overthrow their group. in battle, that is acceptable. Marine organizations may not attack one another, though they do not need to work together.
You may join ONE group. If you would like to switch groups, you must have at least 50 posts made in the group you are currently in before being able to switch. Custom Groups may be made

Bios can range from anyone to anywhere. As this is meant to act in a similar style with the Official RP, there will be regulations. For one, there is a ranking system that will be in place. It follows the NarutoBase format of the higher Post Count you have, the higher rank you are
Your rank is vital. It determines your character's prowess and abilities, which will be explained

There are specific things that are to be made. For now, you're post count is dependent on what you can learn. The only difference between this and the official Naruto RP, is that you will not need training in order to learn certain things. As soon as you reach the rank you are a master in a specific field

Besides Naruto, Fairy Tail, and One Piece, I am not extremely proficient with other manga/anime, so it would be a half-ass job if I tried to make RP versions of those series. If somebody does wish to create other series RP, please let me know so that I can help assist in making it a great RP.I will be heavily a part of this RP, so I will ensure that this is an active RP, so there is no worry if this RP begins to slow down because I will keep it moving.
