That's debatable. Everyone has their preferences.

Debatable? At least Luffy learned a lot and actually trained during his time skip unlike Naruto. How can you say one piece has debatable power ups when the sharingan can do anything in the world and be transplanted into anybody

I was referring to the characters being amazing and all that. I personally think One Piece is good, but it's probably my one of my least favorite shonen jump.

I don't think having power-ups is a bad thing either....don't know why everyone complains about it.

The battle since the war arc in Naruto has been continuous, so there's no time for them to train and learn new moves; so having power-ups to make things exciting is understandable; otherwise we'd have seen the same exact moves with no progression for the past two years.
