Sabo, Koala and Dragon are watching bounty poster(s)
Whale Forest is sacred because of the red Poneglyph. It is called "Lord Poneglyph", which can lead people to Raftel. There are 4 Lord Poneglyphs. Each one indicates a spot somewhere other than Raftel. If people connect lines among those spots, the whereabouts of Raftel is supposed to be revealed.
Luffy is excited and says he will bring back Sanji soon.
Kaidou and Big Mom have Lord Poneglyphs, but nobody knows where the last Lord Poneglyph is located.
Nekomamushi says there is no need to snatch Lord Poneglyphs from Yonkou and suggests to secretly collect the copies.
Kouzuki clan are stone masons for a very long time. They made Poneglyphs. How to read/write the Poneglyphs has been handed down from generation to generation until Momonosuke's father was executed by Kaidou and Shogun of Wano.
According to Kanjuro, Oden Kouzuki is Roger's crewmate.

Oden left a will to open Wano country to the world.
Raizou says they will defeat Shougun and open Wano country. Shougun
is allied with Kaidou. They are now controlling most regions of Wano.
Inuarashi says Mink tribe will show their “true power” when they
confront Kaidou army again.
Kinemon asks Luffy and Law to fight Kaidou and Shougun with them, but
Luffy rejects. Luffy says Momonosuke himself should ask about it since
he is responsible for the samurais and Minks.
Momonosuke agrees and ask Luffy for help. Both of his parents were
killed by Kaidou. Momonosuke tries to show Dogeza, but Luffy stops.
Finally Luffy decides to form an alliance with them. He says he will
defeat Kaidou. According to Luffy, an alliance means “friends”, but Law
instantly denies it (funny scene).
Luffy tells them to wait until he brings back Sanji. He says Sanji is
strong. Luffy will go to the whereabouts of Big Mom with Nekomamushi
and doesn’t intend to fight her.
A party is about to start since Inuarashi and Nekomamushi stopped fighting.
Meanwhile near the foot of Zou, Jack comes back….
