From the start I knew that there sholud be sth special about that hat. And also liked the gathering of people who know luffy. After the long arc in big mom's territory I think this arc will be refreshing

The celestial dragons kidnap Shirahoshi and this will cause the Straw Hats and their fleet to side with the Revolutionary army.

People were saying that the Revolutionary army don't have enough fighters to take on the Admirals/Shichibukai but now they can stfu because the Revolutionary Army will be getting huge boost and they will get post wano Luffy and post wano Zoro.

Dalton <3 I always loved him in his arc. He was a badass even though he didn't really have the strength to save his country on his own. He still stood up to Wapol before the SH's interfered. So cool that he is back for a while. Hope we see him rampage later on.

All the countries meeting that Luffy saved was fun and necessary to address after all the build up. But that is not what the the reverie is about. Ive read that this is supposed to go down in 10 chapters. If we go in this pace and they're 2 chapters in. I don't believe that for a second. Only 8 chapters to discuss the world's problems, the strawhats. Probably have a big argument with the shitty countries vs the good countries, and the revs making a move ?

If that hat is so important to kill Doffy in jail over it means it will play a significant role later on. I wonder what it will do.

Also the irony of Doffy being assassinated after trying to assassinate Moriah when he failed as a shichi is nice.

What interests me most is the fact that Roger's hat has been passed down as a strong symbol to completely oblivious carriers. If Roger received the hat as part of some tradition, he clearly didn't know what it mean't seeing how he had to restart his trip and collect the ponelglyphs. Shanks may or may not have known the meaning when he received it, and Luffy certainly doesn't. The big implication is that they all, at some point, do learn what it means, so can we assume there's a chance that many, MANY generations of strawhat carriers have reached Raftel or something of the sort?

My main thoughts on the chapter:

- Aww that fan club of Luffy's was soo comforting and sweet to read. Glad to see soo many characters on Luffys side when he is gonna be a hot topic at the reverie.
- Lol, at shirahoshi not being subtle.
- Looks like Charloss wants another smack in from someone lol.
- The shadowy figure has two wanted posters in his hand. One most likely is rogers and the other one is Luffys. [FONT=&quot]So I reckon probably it's a momentum of some kind for the world government as beware of people who wear this kinda hat. [/FONT]
But why the hell would a hat be full locked up in a room in marejois? Is the hat the national treasure that Doflamingo talked about? Can Celestial Dragons get an assasin in Impel down and pull off an assassination? Hmm too many questions.

There are theories out there on the internet ( NOT MINE ) that theorise it could be Joy Boy's straw hat . MY THOUGHTS: its not far fetched to believe he was a giant. Not sure its his hat though.

Since the revs are about to be involved maybe Dragon's bounty will be revealed or maybe it's Rogers' and he's doing a side by side comparison looking at them and the hat.

Idk though Doffy's words followed by those panels imply that that hat is either directly or related to the secret treasure he knows about.

That's either pure brilliance or plain stupid. Till now the strawhat was solely a symbolic object, it didn't have any particular importance outside that, but now it somehow connected to the dark past of the WG. The national treasure of the Celestial Dragons is an oversized strawhat located deep below Mary Geoise in a huge vault with freezing temperatures Talking about being surrealistic.

Now the shadowy figure seems to be wearing something that's awfully reminiscent of a crown. So my best guess would be that one of the royals used the Reverie as an opportunity to infiltrate Mary Geoise or that someone is impersonating a royal for this specific purpose. The fact the he needs a wanted poster as a reference point, seems to indicate he was knowledgable, but not familiar about what he was expecting to find. Possibly a member of the RA? Intriguing detail he had more than one wanted poster.

And Charos definitely is going to get his face punched again, probably by Sabo, but maybe Dragon if Oda wants to underline the father-son relationship.

OT: Great chapter, loved the Luffy fanclub meeting and nice seeing Doffy again also the Straw Hat looks like it belongs to a giant since the person seems to be regular sized

Is Doflamingo scared that he imagines he is gonna be killed or is it just true they want him dead?

Wont it be much easier to just tell the Marines to executed him and not imprison him?

But Doffy says it like he is confirming it and Magellan protecting him?

Dont know what to expect.

Also, the hat doesnt look it is the secret. It looks like the treasure was stolen and a staw hat was left in its place just to show it was robbed and to know who was it in the past.

It's probably the latter. If you use the Wanted poster for scale, that hat is massive. Also, that guy is definitely taller than your average person. And skinner.
