Yonkos are strong but they're not invincible. BM maybe a lot stronger at her prime but when exactly was the last time her strength was put to test? She's old and efin hungry. Jimbei is a former shibukai. It shouldn't be surprising to see her unable to oneshot SH.
Another thing, I think Sunny will be destroyed. SH had Ussop before GL (GrandLine) and they had a ship. They had Franky in GL and they had a new ship. They'll have a new ship after GL after recruiting another inventor thus the debut of SH inventor trio.

It's not exactly like who she's fighting is weak, that and the fact that outside of strength they do hold several advantages. Jinbe is one of if not the best fishman karate users and they're fighting in an open sea, brook was already shown to be able to hurt her homies, and to top it all off she isn't exactly in the frame of mind where she would be fighting her most effectively.
Depending on the extent of damage, they may just have it repaired. What if beyond rapairable? I mean its a yonko that's giving Sunny direct hits. I'm sure they won't go to Kaido via a ship with a poor condition.
BM is having food frenzy which is making her body skinny and weak and vulnerable to attacks jinbe imposing on her. If she was in her normal state then jinbe and co. Can't do anything that can harm her. Even when they were running in seducing woods Zeus discharged doesn't affected her but right now her body is growing weak due to starving which is making every attacks dealing a great damage.

This is a non-issue. The Sunny isn't going to be destroyed and no matter how much damaged she is, Franky will fix her in a jiffy. Now you're just trying to create a problem where there is none.
I think you're totally overlooking Sunny's significance and its role in Franky's dream and his character as a whole. Sunny is Franky's dreamship which he designed and created for the future Pirate King, it's not something that can be replaced so easily.
