This chapter also confirms Katakuri's observation indeed is >>>>>>>> Big Mom's. That bitch was clueless about everything what was going on. You could even limit legit think the real boss was Katakuri. Capone was right when he said he is the real problematic guy in that party. Luffy's entrance as well didn't disappoint. Can't wait to see what else left he has in store

4/5 chapter, Sanji dodging the bullet was expected and not too hype worthy, the dude is supposed to have the best CoO among the SHs (but then I'm not one of them Sanji Haters).

It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out, cos like love cook pointed out, the Vinsmokes don't seem to know what's going on, they could all still be assassinated in the chaos (that won't happen tho, cos Oda), but this chapter kinda made it clear they had no back up plan or anything (except ofc the Vinsmokes there are clones or something).

Don't get why Katakuri blocked BM tho, is it possible he saw so far into the future, that he saw CC firing his weapons?

I think he may have seen something endangering Big Mom's life in the next future because as you said he curiously jumped to her side as a way of protection and he thinks to himself of how to avoid that, so maybe Capone is targetting Big Mom right now.

So you geniuses really believe that was Brulee's power that made the clones? Not Nami's? I'm pretty sure Brûlée is only being used for transportation

The way the phrasing was it seems as if they made her use her clone powers also if you look at some of the Luffy's faces they have animalistic traits, especially the two on the bottom left. It could be Nami but Nami's clones are just mirages not solid objects so they wouldn't be as useful.

So with a bit of math we can find out the speed of the jelly beans
We actually get 94 feet once we do Pythagorean theorem as the distance and knowing speed is distance divided by time all we have to do is set that to one second we could see how fast is actually going comparatively
In the first scenario we have a speed of 240 ft/s
In the second scenario we have a speed of 630 ft/s
While significantly slower than a bullet still impressive

Look man I just got bored and did the math teh only thing that is a general estimate is the time it took to get to the target tbh. The rest were meseaured based off sanji's given hieght

Lets be very generous and say that Katakuri fires his jelly bean when there is only .001 seconds till the priest pulls the trigger (Being the time it would take sanji to dodge that point blank bullet which kakurati says he will do 110600 ft/s2 is the actual acceleration required))

That means the jelly bean moves in a path of 94 feet in less than .001 seconds or 94000 ft/s Which if we use the actual weight of a jelly bean for measurment of energy held by the bean before impact.
