The thing with the bomb is that the timeline doesn't really work out as Oda has set it now. Because Big Mom is planning to open the box after the ceremony. But Pudding is going to shoot Sanji when they're about to kiss. So the SH's have to act during the wedding. Which means that the bomb is still in the box.
I think you don't need to pay too much attention to the chronology they themselves expect as there are two different scenarios planned. BM's scenario is most likely not going to go as intended as I doubt Sanji will let himself be shot and Bege's scenario should start before that of BM. On the other had it isn't likely that Bege's plan will work out perfectly either. Frankly there are too many uncertain factors and actors here that can influence the chronology of the events, in particular BM's fickle nature and Dogtooth's 'future sight' are problematic. What if he sees Sanji dodging? What if he sees someone destroying the picture? What if he sees the bomb exploding? And what if BM's urge to open treasure chests gets the better of her? I mean we just learned that that box is famous enough to become "news" and that BM really loves the concept of a treasure chest.
Well, he did offer to kiss her somewhere else. As someone wrote on ***********, he is willing to skip the main dish and eat the Pudding instead. How sweet!

It made sense when he said it but then I looked at the picture longer and the nose looks too different. Plus she claimed to be WB's lover so having her be BM's mom or "mom" whichever would be a confusing story line. Also if that were the case then wouldn't Wb or BM be in the others family in some way?

It might make sense for WB and big mom to have that kind of relationship. WB did want a family afterall just like big mam. Maybe WB influenced bakkin aka Mother caramel to also make a family and big mom was the result.
