Lol bege is worried because he is literally commiting treason while everyone else is just an enemy hahaha.. i cant believe sanji smh... I wish zoro was there, he always keeps sanji on his feet instead of looking weak like he has been for countless chapters... but im sure oda will make sanji go all out soon..

Also im definately a fan of jinbei, he is always watching luffys back and he takes care of buisness like zoro.. jinbei is a great addition to the crew!!! The wedding just started and its gonna be a massacre yasssss

Mother Caramel looks like a chain-smoking nun, which would explain why she's called "mother" as that was the name of the position of the nun in charge of a convent (the female equivalent of an abbot). They often were in charge of orphanages, so counting all of that up Big Mum might have been an orphan, who saw Caramal as her mother-figure, which might have led the foundation of that utopian inter-species family dream she has. This might be too generic of a plot line though in a manga.

What a great build up to the wedding. It feels so complete like Oda has thought of everything. From the guests to the drinks to food to the gifts. Everything has had a bit of set-up and came together in this chapter.

Also with Dogtooth around, there is no way that Big Mom can actually open the Tamegato right ? So he needs to get distracted before that time already.

So many strong people around, and only a few allies to make this work. I really fear for Bege's health, I think he will be thrown under the bus so hard by Ceasar and Luffy. I think that cut up door homie will play a role later on, there would be no point in showing that so obvious otherwise. Maybe some security will find her and kick it all off.

Also was that CoC by Big Mom ? That guy asking about the mother was foaming from the mouth and unconscious. That was some pretty casual usage, if it was.

Yeah classic Sanji, leaving a blood stain on the wall. Funny how Strawhats never worry in times of crisis and just can nap around with the enemy. Bege in the meanwhile is worrying his ass off.

IMO the bomb will not even effect Big Mom. She will simply say "Was that fireworks?" and she will turn around to see the Wedding Cake destroyed and that is what will trigger her.

I reckon depends on the amount of explosives in it. For instance , it were 1-2 firecrackers then no damage fair enough but if it were something of large quantity then she should be harmed. Plus, its not like she will be prepared for it. Who knows because of her guard being down, it might actually hurt her.
Isn't that the main thing Beges plan is about, to let her guard down and then take her out?

Well rationally speaking the bomb shouldn't be that powerful as they were keeping that box inside Ryougou Palace and I find it hard to imagine they would have done that if there was a risk of damaging the palace severely, though for the sake of the story Oda might ignore that.

Personally however I believe the bomb is not meant to inflict any significant damage, but to set the defining tone of the situation. Don't forget Dogtooth's Observation Haki. If he realizes there's a bomb inside, this distraction might open up a chance to destroy Caramel's picture or alternatively if he realizes someone is going to try to destroy the picture, this might lead to him being unable to stop the bomb. Actually now that I'm writing this I started to think that the primary purpose of that bomb might be to destroy that picture, which then would result in BM throwing a tantrum.

Either way no one is expecting the bomb, so the side that adapts the quickest to the situation, will gain the advantage.
