How is this relevant to anything I just said? You really do like arguing with yourself it seems.

"Sanji is a tear away from the weakling trio, Him crying a lot shows he isn't on Zoro's level."

"Zoro also shed many tears during his lowest point"

"That's not relevant"

Sounds about right

Take your goggles off and use context. I mentioned Sanji reaching Zoro's level, that's obviously an indication as to how far Zoro's come since then as well as Sanji's being underwhelming. I also mentioned "the year of Sanji" to sarcastically jab at his fans who instead of basking in his glory like they thought they would, are being forced to explain L after L, quite like what you're doing now. What you've done is use some half ass reference dating back to 1999 or some shit. Zoro's grown, Sanji not quite. The tears are just one of many disappointments from Sanji.

Growing up=/=not crying when something distressing happens. Ironic you're talking about "growing up" with such a childlike outlook.

Sanji crying rn doesn't mean he hasn't grown.

Stop flipping the script. Like I said, that's only one of many things that's gone wrong for Sanji since the time skip. Stop clinging onto the tears thing when that was mentioned in passing. The year of Sanji turned out to be the year of Sanji becoming a wreck, which was quite clearly my underlining point.

You took from that what you wanted to take from that. Sarcastically referring to the "legendary year of Sanji" was me highlighting the irony in that statement, as it's been a damn shitty year for the boy. Inferring isn't your strong suit, I presume.

This is to be expected.

You talking as though Sanji being in a distressing situation means his character's value has regressed, which makes no damn sense.

They could hold brulee hostage to solve 99% of these problems like get zeff and Luffy and Sanji out onto the sunny to safety instantly. Get the wrist cuffs too and if they all rush mama they can get the poyenglphy too.

Tbh they can do this.

Lol the Sanji fans are mad as hell. If I was a Sanji can I guess I'd be mad too after all of the L's Sanji's taken here lately.

Lol they're genuinely so upset. One sarcastic remark aimed at Sanji and they flip off the handle.

At what exactly? I am very angry my favourite character is undergoing character development, as opposed to remaining a big strong guy who hasn't changed at all for years. The only thing i am pissed about is zoro idiot fans taking every opportunity to claim he would do "better", in a manner which would result in the deaths of half the main cast.

Come on now... Those guys are obviously joking. I sincerely doubt that they are being 100 percent serious with their trolling.

What are you talking about the year of Sanji is only half way. I don't know why so many people think a year always ends in december ? The Whole cake island arc only started in June or July. So we still have a long way to go.

The fact that Oda grants everybody epic displays in this arc like Brook vs Big Mom, Luffy and Cracker, Chopper and Carrot vs Brulee and even Nami outplaying the homies shows that he isn't afraid to make the Sh's look good against a yonkou crew to a certain extent.

So if he is giving Sanji absolutely nothing to work with and keeps hitting him over and over again. That is a great way of showing the helplessness of the situation in another perspective. Sanji tried dealing with the situation his way and he was making all the sacrifices he had to make to keep all his friends alive.

Now at rock bottom he reached his snapping point and he will crash his own wedding. You need to have a little more faith in Oda, he will restore the balance.

If it annoys you that Sanji is feeling helpless or that it is frustrating that he isn't doing as much as he can, that means that Oda did his job right. Because that is what the reader is supposed to feel now when looking at Sanji. That is great development for his character. If you think the year of Sanji would've been better if it was 52 weeks of him kicking ass then I think you don't understand what a good story is.

As for your reply to Riker. If you would compare Zoro to Sanji you can't objectively say that Zoro is the more interesting character. He might be stronger and tougher and maybe he doesn't cry as much buy on the other hand he is very one dimensional and he has little to no background. His cornerstone is the cliche "I want to be the very best". And because of that combined with his promise to never lose again makes his fights and the road that lead up to them not very interesting because you know what will happen.

Thanks Sherlock, would have never guessed an author would be unhappy about unhappy fans.

Maybe this will shift that Yonkou > Admiral notion spreading.

Usually when characters haven't fought the fandom hypes them more so than ones that have already been revealed, now that we're seeing Big Mom isn't even really matching that humongous Yonkou hype the fandom placed on them, I think things will settle down.

Yonko's still beat Admirals. Big mom is just the weakest yonko of them all I've said this since day one.

They're serious. There's also no fandom as defensive as Zoro's, let's be real
