Well Dude.... correct me if am wrong.. but there has never been a fixed timeline in One Piece when it comes to travelling in the grand line.. none of us actually know how much time it takes to travel from grand line to the new world, could be a few days after all... Shanks travel all the way from the new world to marineford in just a few days

Now 1st thing first.. i never said for sure that the dude is Oden, i just said it could be him... heck it could be Rayleigh it could be another kozuki clan retainer,... but that Hat is definitely from Wano Kuni, you never know.. and we dont know when this meeting actually happen.. since its from the deck of the world i just assumed that it takes place during the straw hats rendezvous at sabaody archipelago

Oda doesn't have to give a fixed timeline. He occasionally drops some time references and the rest is common sense. Among others that the Strawhats did max one year over East Blue and the first half of the Grand Line. The distance between Shabondy and FI is 10 KM. Even if they travelled at at 1km per hour, the Strawhats would have arrived in 10 hours at FI and they certainly travelled faster than that. Hody said he had been capturing pirates for a month. Then when the Strawhats set free those pirates, Smoker said no pirates came to the New World for a month and now they popped up like roaches. All the events that transpired on FI at best lasted a few days. Same for PH, same for Dressrosa. Oda even specifically started making a timeline for several days during the Zou arc to explain when exactly Jack arrived, Sanji arrived and then Luffy arrived.

It doesn't matter that Oda doesn't explain day for the day what happens, as even if you take the largest possible time frame, it's flat out impossible for someone who is supposed to be dead, and of who it doesn't make sense he still would be alive, to be merrily drinking sake with Crocus at the same time his son and subordinates are already fleeing from Kaidou because he executed the same person who is drinking with Crocus =/

Also Marineford is two steps away from both FI and the Red Line. Shanks' crew is one of the most experienced in the world and it was already considered a feat that he made it at all and we already knew he wasn't that far from the Red Line as he intercepted Kaidou who tried to intercept WB who had a schedule to keep if he wanted to be on time. Udon is on the other side of the world according to you. Kinemon and Momo only made it to PH, but his father made it all the way up to Reverse Mountain in the same time frame? Presumably alone?

And it can't be Rayleigh either =/ Rayleigh saw Luffy off at Shabondy ~_~ All the Decks of the World volumes are happening at the exact same time. The newspaper they are reading, is the one where it's announced the Strawhats are back, it's exact same newspaper and newspapers you get on a daily basis. So somehow Rayleigh saw Luffy off, who then took only a few hours to get to FI and in the meantime Rayleigh on his own made it to Reverse Mountain, the place the furthest away in the entire world from where he was a few hours ago?

It's not guessing anymore when you're saying things that are flat-out impossible.

Why are you implying that am insisting that it was Oden ?my 1st post is more like a question take a look at it again ... why are you making it looks like as if i was trying to say something for certain ?

I mean just by looking at that guy appearance.. he doesn't look like an exalted Samurai,
and in this chapter we learn that Oden supposed to be a highborn and a leader from a prominent family in wano,

And how do you know exactly the timeline when Kinemon and Momo leave wano for zou ?
you are saying as if they leave Wano at the same time as that picture takes place =/

And there is no such thing is impossible.. this is shounen manga..
Kaidou was in wano and then suddenly he was on sky island.. take a leap and happen to encounter the Kid alliance.

For the same reason he has not gone to raftel himself, considering he has already been there. (Even though he is a yonkou)
For the same reason he entrusted Roger's most treasured hat to luffy.
For the same reason, Roger only ever trusted to tell WB about the secret of raftel.

In short he is waiting for the right person. He does not want a dickhead like BB to have it or a power hungry guy like Kaidou to have it or big mom either xD
But at this point in time I am merely guessing.

Calling it now: I bet if Shanks is guarding that last Road Poneglyph, which I'd bet he is, he used that as a bargaining chip with Kaido. That's how he was able to get Kaido to back off WB without fighting him.

You are extrapolating the reasons. There has been no hint whatsover that Shanks is guarding raftel or even plans to go there.
