Ok, then Sanji lacks CoO since Capone could detect Nami/Chopper were following them when he wasn't aware of in previous chapter, just like how he didn't know Caesar was above them when Capone knew. Sanji also lacked CoO when Caesar's subordinates sneak attacked on the sunny and gased them out back in Punk Hazard. May i go on? Besides they actually sensed Neko at around the same time

@Cobra. Capone thought that he had all his enemies (the 4 SHs and Caesar) captured, so of course he wouldn't have CoO activated.

what are you talking about? sanji is confirmed to have haki. CoO was not required nor would it have prevented any of these situation, better analogy is needed
if capone sensed it when sanji did though, the chaos could have been prevented

He actually knew about the minks. Sanji himself wasn't shown to have activated CoO either

It's not really power level related. It was just to correct him on a particular ability(observation) he stated one(Capone) doesn't possess as if it was a fact, but you can just ignore it anyway and start a discussion about something else

Great follow-up from the last chapter. This chapter is really a teaser to what's about to happen in this arc. I wonder how far they'll (Big Mom or WG) will go to break him. Time for some major character development.
Sanji is a man of his word; he's going to be the WG's greatest nuisance like he promised.

Well Oda did say it'll be Sanji's year after all and we entered it in a boom now. I particularly liked the panel where he mentioned Luffy will be pirate king. It shows how deeply he cares to support Luffy in his dream, so it makes me even more wonder what could have made him change his mind so dramatically. Other than one of his brother/sister getting captured, i can't see something else

In all honesty, being the PK doesn't inherently mean that Luffy will be a nuisance to the WG. At least not directly. Sure, Luffy being Pirate King may mean that others are inspired by him becoming pirates, but Luffy has shown no interest in going out of his way to attack or otherwise be a nuisance to the WG. He couldn't care less about their standing in the world, and only has conflicts with them when they stand in his way. Luffy deadass just wants to find One Piece, and relish in the title and freedom of completing his adventure. He has no interest in going "I wonder how I can mess with the WG today."

My thoughts exactly. Being one of the Gorosei already says a lot about power and such, and as much as I like that to be true I don't see how (besides the similiar hair colour) links to these two are made.
A long time ago I made a theory about Sanji being from a kingdom in North Blue, can't find it anymore.
But it basically boils down to the theory in this video. Although the conclusions are a bit far fetched. It does a good job of summing up some cool facts about sanji's past.
EDIT: i've noticed that guy who made that video revisited his theory a few weeks ago. So I'll post that one instead. Again most of it is reaching, but the Lvneel kingdom, some of his statements in the past and the picture with the harpoon really make you wonder what Oda has been setting up.

Besides everyone and their mothers have it, its not a big deal at this point. Each and every supernova has both Armament and Observation, write that down.
Lol tell that to Kuma and Kizaru. I'm sure Big Mam isn't worried about the SHs she is currently in a deadlock with people like Shanks and Kaidou...Luffy coming after her is the least of her worries. Although it will be one of her main worries soon lol.

I bet it's a fact Luffy doesn't have CoO as well because he didn't sense Monet coming to protect Caesar, or the dragon's tail on Punk Hazard before it slammed into his back.
