The only thing that doesn't make this chapter a 0 is that Doflamingo is confirmed defeated everything was boring and could have been done in a few pages and. Just because people where expecting a chapter like this doesn't make it good.

Decent chapter. Nothing much happened - just some reflection over the dark history of Dressrosa and how all of it is coming to an end via Doffy's defeat. I wonder if the SHs and the people of Dressrosa will celebrate this historic moment with a party or feast.

This Arc had a lot of similarities to Alabasta Arc. A warlord controlling a country, a great danger to everyone before the final fight, luffy beat him, people are happy ! even marines waiting there is similar to alabasta when smoker arrested crocodile !

but there is a major difference here , that the group is splitted and both parties are in imminent danger ! sunny group with big mom and dressrosa group with the presence of Fujitore and possibility of kaido coming !

so i think they will leave dressrosa as fast as possible ! no feast !

It's not a celebration for Luffy it's a celebration for Lucy which is another thing that's bothering me.
