I was referring to the peeps who hyped burgess in threads saying Sabo is equal with Burgess (this was when Sabo vs Burgess fight happened inside colliseum)

That includes me, although I never said equal, but he's certainly no pushover, I rank him above Doflamingo (just about) and marginally below Sabo.

Loved how people were comparing my boy Sabo to Burgess as equals like "ehrmeged Burgess has same haki as sabo they were equals on coliseum fight" and now Sabo just kicks that fat boi's head like some fodder while smiling in the process. So what now? their still equals? eh?

He was blindsided, it hardly means Sabo>Burgess. The two haven't fought all out against each other, we have no idea who is stronger.

You just gotta use common sense. In the first scene of Doflamingo flying and using Sky Road, it's not a straight path. In fact, there hasn't really been an instance where Doffy's movement animated has been a completely straight path. Every time, it's like he's hopping. He latches the strings onto clouds, and keeps them attached to his body. He then pulls himself through the air. When he does, he launches himself for a while, soaring through the air. When he's about to slow down and fall again, he just pulls another time, sending himself soaring again. It's not just a mental thing, it's highly physical.

Those were helpful, thanks... I did always consider it a bit like "hopping" but always thought he was using his legs to propel himself, if he is shooting strings and propelling himself using his arms / momentum sort of like spiderman, I'm sort of less happy about that :/

Anyone who thought Doffy will go down easily is stupid. Doffy is one of the strongest Warlords ..If not the strongest.
Who says all Yonku are at same level ?? Maybe a little difficult than Doffy but not "A giant leap".

I also read Rayliegh teaching shit to Luffy... Neither Roger nor Rayliegh had DF so awakening is something that a DF user gets and only the one who has experienced that can teach it. I say what Rayliegh taught luffy regarding Haki has lead to awesome pound man technique. This isn't Fairy Tail where Natsu/Luffy One shots everyone. We need to keep calm.

I bet there will be another training or after this fight Luffy will have awakening. If we think properly. Who is left as a villain after Doffy ? Only the Yonku's. No one else. Government will be minor part of the story line.

What I am terrified about is that BB can not only take DF powers for himself but for his crew as well.

Someone needs to re think the manga.


1. Hawk Eyed Mihawk is likely much stronger than Doflamingo.

2. Only the Yonko and the World Government are left as villains? Did you forget the other Supernovas, or that the author tends to invent new villains for islands as well.

3. Even in part 1 the Straw Hats train off screen, as they showed vast improvement in between arcs, Luffy went from having trouble against thugs to being able to fight and in the third round defeat Crocodile over a course of two arcs. So us getting a training arc is extremely unlikely. We never even saw Luffy train for his second and third gears so training is off screen.

To further what Saw has just mentioned, So far the fight hasn't exactly been easy on Doflamingo, he had his insides practically shredded, so for how he's still going is quite a feat, so with that last attack from Luffy, it wouldn't be so unrealistic for him to of gone down, he did just get outclassed by a 20 minutes worth of G4 don't forget... Me personally, I wish that had been the end of the fight, startling to lose interest to be honest, especially with unnecessary panels and now we're gonna have a 10 minute cooldown for Luffy that will last a few chapters before this expected "final blow". Meh, I want Dressrosa to be done and dusted and to see what's next for the SH's, not even too arsed about the Sabo fight which is weird because I should be!

We have the sub plot with Sabo, all the sub plots with all the Colosseum fighters, the sub plot of Law's past, the sub plot of the Smile Factory, the sub plot of the bird cage, the sub plot of samurai dude who's name I can never remember, the sub plots of each member of the royal family, the sub plot of Doflamingo's past, the sub plot of the dwarfs and their lost princess, and I am pretty sure there are many others.

The author really went overboard in this arc, I keep losing track of everything.

Its because of all the sub plots, the author just has so much going on in one arc that it is slowing the story down.

Nah I get that, I really do, but it's just my interest is going down week by week since the start of the Mingo fight... I get that this is almost a massive build up arc to Luffy's future in the New World
