Kinda worrying though that DD didn't mention Sanji while he already head butted with him once. Considering DD apparently knew very quickly everything that happened, he should be very well aware that Big Mum's ship is supposed to be close by, still he doesn't say anything about it.

The star bounties are a means to an end, to keep the game going. Only people inside the cage have the bounties, it would be useless to include Sanji, since he's outside it. I don't know how he got all his information, but it might be exclusive to the island itself, not the surrounding seas, either way, it wouldn't make sense to talk about the Straw Hats outside the Bird Cage, as no one can leave it.

If he does know of Big Mama's presence, he might comment it on a future chapter, just not while he's broadcasting to the whole Dressrosa (As, undoubtedly, some might shift their allegiance to her or the escaped Straw Hats, with a hope of an outside world). Psychologically speaking, it's in Doflamingo's best interest to make everyone forget there exists a world outside the Bird Cage.

If only first page didnt have that we cant contact the outside panel then the entire world wld kow of god Ussop and his awesomeness but im sure Fuji and his marines can vouch for him at the bounty raising meeting and he will get quite possibly a huge bounty(actual not stars bounty). Ussop, it's just amazing. This arc is just amazing, enjoying it, loving it every single second and it's even rare that I sometimes wonder whether it's Naruto > One piece or One piece > Naruto since it's quite rare since I've been growing up with Naruto. I loved this chapter, Oda, I love you.

That artwork was not part of the chapter, it was added as fanart. It's a remake of a supernova color spread that was released somewhere short after the time skip and as far as I know it's the only color spread from Oda of the Supernovas that did not involve Zoro.

Meh, it was a nice chapter. Had funny moments, but that's it, no real action and all.
So that's why Law spared Doflamingo.

Kaido got even more hyped. I love that.
Got disappointed that Zoro got 2 stars, and Luffy 3. They, and law should've gotten atleast 4 stars.
The last page was good.
This was more of a setup chapter, I hope there's action in the next few chapters.
God, I can't wait for this arc to end(except Luffy vs Doflamingo) and the Strawhats face Kaido. I'm so hyped up with Kaido.

Overall 3.9/5 from me.

How would he know about Big Mom? She and her crew never landed on Dressrosa, and the only people who saw them are the ones who are on the Sunny. For all Dofla knows, the Sunny left just to take Caesar and Momonosuke away.
