All the story progression was amazing this week. We finally found out the last executive Gladius power, seeing Luffys kick, Zoro trying to figure out how to hurt Pica, Franky just holding shit down, Robin Turned into a toy, Luffy finally making it to Doflamingo and ready to throw down, Law being a badass and not telling Doflamingo shit, to Kinemon dressed like Doflamingo LMAO.... but at the same time finding out where Kanjuro is.

The one flaw this chapter had was Usopp!!! I understand he forgot Robin and knows he cant win but to leave the Tontattas behind as they ask for his help. That's just down right disgraceful. And while I have to say in the beginning of the manga I thought his coward like persona was funny. This far along he just needs to grow a pair already. I hope Oda really makes this his moment were he stops being a coward because what will we see next him running away vs an Emperor and their crew when the SH need him the most smh...

Great chapter this week. Zoro vs Pica 1 on 1, yes sir, knowing what Gladius power is, he's a cool characters and suddenly we got Kin'nemon disguised as Doffy, Kin'nmeon you sly bastard, who would've thought his DF would come in handy in this moment.

Then we go to Franky who is kicking ass like a sir, and is he going to fight a VA, i think there was a VA there, and then we switched to Ussop and Robin, Robin is a cute toy, too bad their plan failed, and I still didn't gave up on Ussop, he's gonna fight for sure, kick some ass Ussop.

Oda decided to concentrate on the action after the story building weeks and it was awesome.

About Usopp, com'on guys we all know he is a coward but he won't turn his back on his crew. He will probably come back as Sogeking, the dark avenger or something.
But if he doesn't, I hope Zoro will cut him into pieces and use his sorry chopped ass to feed fighting fishes U_U

Zoro you need to put on that bandanna and start using all three swords now. If I am saying this, people might call this fanboyism, but after seeing Pica's ability, I do believe what Viola said about him. They were going or Doffy yet she was worried they won't be able to pass Pica. So IMO, only in places like these, Pica is a difficult opponent to deal with as much as to make Viola say something like that.

Now, I'm not really bothered with Usopp's case. He doesn't remember that one of his nakama has been turned into a toy else he probably would've tried to do something. Aside from that, it's obviously more build up for his character. Just waiting for the bubble to burst.

Robin Chwan turns into a toy. :l Well shit. On the bright side, sugar didn't do a contract with her, so she has her free will. Not the smartest move I'd say this was from Robin. She probably wanted to take advantage of the commotion after the explosion and tried to get her to eat Tatababasco.#tryingtojustifyheractions

Never laughed so hard while reading One Piece!

FINALLY! THE FIGHTS ARE STARTING!!! But who will fight Trebol? Probably Kin'emon since Gladius said Kanjuurou was near Trebols location.

Viola now has a motive to shoot Doflamingo like I theorized! (Violet Gibson shot Mussolini, so Viola will shoot Doflamingo)

I think it's because he forgot about Robin. Granted he shouldn't have ran away from the Tontatta after hearing Leo's plea but Usopp isn't running from his friends but running from the danger he feel he can't overcome. I'm still disappointed myself though :/

Nice chapter this week as expected. Looks like Zoro isn't gonna have it easy which is great cause I'm about ready for him to go berserk already! Nice to see Luffy itching to fight so bad, the Donquixote family has been getting on his nerves he's about ready to take it out but I'm glad Violet is with him otherwise Luffy would barge in and might get his ass kicked. Robin is a toy now :NO: my poor Nico is forgotten and all alone once again, somebody better knock Sugar's ass out I'm thinking Franky going crazy will cause a building to collapse, and in turn will have an effect in Sugar somehow.

And finally, Law is conscience! :hooray: Law keeps telling Doffy about the alliance being over which is probably pissing Doffy off big time knowing he has no way of figuring out what's going on with the SH. Can't wait til next week 4.5/5 chapter this week for me.

Idk why everyone is getting upset. I guess Oda is such an amazing writer that everyone is caught up in the moment and the characters to understand what is going on. If you take a step back and look, you would see why Oda is making Usopp like this. He needs this to happen to develop Usopp further.


Usopp needs to man up for no other reason but for himself. Every other time is was for something Else. In Arlong Park, it was so he did his part. Alabasta, he did it for Luffy. Enies Lobby he was his alter ego Sogeking. Usopp needs to man up for no other reason but to man up. This is why Robin was turned into a doll, so Robin could be forgotten about. Otherwise Usopp would be using the excuse he is doing it for his crewmate. This fight is to develop Usopp into the brave warrior of the sea (and to gain his 8,000 followers).

It may seem like he is regressing, but this will be one of the big turning points for his character.

Think about it this way, every single person on Dressrosa is depending on one person: Usopp. It's even mentioned in this chapter everybody is waiting for usoland to finally knock out Sugar. It's perfect hype for his character.

That's a great way of looking at it man. I sure hope you're right about this and with Oda being the writer he is, I think you're right, this is a great way of him developing Usopp into the warrior he dreams to be. Still though, I laughed whenever I reread the chapter and Usopp blamed Franky and said he's not gonna die for bullshit heroics Lol

As of now though, the entire plan falls on Usopp. Everyone is waiting for the toys to turn to normal, even Violet has Luffy on standby til Operation SOP is a success. When Usopp finally grows a pair and knocks Sugar out somehow, it's gonna be priceless. And Doffy will be so pissed! As much as I like the charismatic heavenly demon, he looks pretty epic when he's pissed and I think we'll see him at his angriest in the upcoming chapters. Especially when he sees Luffy outside the coliseum but still obtaining the Mera Mera No Mi
