It didn't say anywhere that there would be a lack of a chapter next week.It's been 3 weeks since Oda took a break so i doubt there will be a chapter next week

Anyone wonders if Luffy gonna make Dressrosa his turf next to Fishmen-Island? Because Luffy will leave Dressrosa to Rebecca as her queen and supporter to Luffy. She might become a Tenryuubito to support him.

I predicted Dressrosa will be his first territory. And that after Kaidou is killed (regardless of the Alliance: it will happen) and Big mam is killed (by the other trio of Supernovae) then Luffy will go back to FI (offscreen) and claim it as his before taking a different route in the new world to encounter Shanks and his territories....
The only way Dressrosa would become Luffy's turf is if Doflamingo's cruelty is made known to the broad public as Doflamingo is quite popular there. If Luffy would just overthrow him for Rebecca, they people would just hate him and it's really not in Luffy's nature to claim a territory in such a situation.
Also how could she possible become a Tenryuubito? The Celestial Dragons are the descendants of the ones who founded the WG and she isn't a descendant of them.
FI is pretty much already Luffy's territory as Big Mum gave and FI separated and Jinbei and Neptune were already talking about borrowing Luffy's flag. It's not really official, but in practice it's already Luffy's turf.
