first thing I want to say is I'm quite disappointed at mangapanda's translation, it's not only a bit wrong but leaving stuff out, which wasn't untranslated, instead they just removed it from original text.

at this point, the chaos is there as before, but DD just started his strategy opening the tournament, which means his strategy is to split SH and crush one by one. that being said anything happened to each SH crew isnt by chance, it's a big trap.

yet, a few hrs later, it begun, in order to make sure, especially Luffy wouldnt win the tournament that easily or even lose it, DD let his family members into this tournament, which isnt usually the case in the colosseum. during that time, DD must have done something to convince or brain-wash his populace that everything's fine.

As I have been noticing all the time, all the reactions from the citizens reflect on DD himself and Dressrosa this country, there’s certainly a big problem within it.

if Kyros has been forgotten, why is his statue still there, although in a dirty corner without anyone paying attention.

Assume Kyros is truly unknown, then two words come out. Cross-dressing, and renaming. So meaning Kyros himself was pretending someone else to hide his identity. But an anonymity did not need to do that, So Kyros was famous, at least in Dressrosa. E.g. DD’s dad, or brother or uncle or whatever relative. just a wild guess i made weeks ago, but i do believe if Rebecca is a local citizen, she restored her memory; if she isnt, she came bakc to Dressrosa to slay DD.
the problem here is if she was born in Dressrosa, according to all the other citizens and spectators in colosseum, no one would say something disrespectful to DD, or if she want, why would she know (or remember)a person whom no people in Dressrosa have heard of.
additionally, she's called 'undeated woman', Kyros remained undefeated for 3000 battles, what a resemblance.

Nobodies mentioned Hack the fish-man karate master, he's apparently good friends with Jimbei and seems to be really strong. Seems like another candidate for the next strawhat crew member.

I think Rebecca will become the new ruler of dressrosa at the end of this arc, so she won't be able to join the crew.

This is just my assumption....

Scene 1: B block.
Dagama has a strange laugh on his face.
Dagama : it is just a mere fact that not a single one of you will be able to remain standing when the punch lands. Zehahahaha... Curse yourself for entering in the competition.
King : tell me dagama. Should i do it?
Bellamy : no matter how much you all fools try, you will never be able to get pass through this round....
Dagama gets on king's back. Bellamy is surprised to see dagama sitting on king's back.
Dagama : now, your majesty...
The king punches the ground with his utter force. The ground is shattered anda huge shockwave start pushing everyone out of thering.
Bellamy : what kind of power is this?
Dagama : this is the power that can knock out even an emperor. The greatest power of our kingdom. The God Punch. Zehahahaha...
Barto is seen watching all this. He gets up.
Barto : it wouldnt be easy to dodge this wave.
He grabs 3-4 participants nearby him and uses them as shield. But the wave pushes all of them backwards out of the ring.
To evade the shockwave bellamy uses spring jump to jump extremely high. But he is caught before he reaches at a safe height.
Doraah and abdullah start running backward only to fallout of the ring. The fishman hyakudanhack uses his tile punch to reduce the shockwave impact but the shock wave turns out to be too powerful and he flies outalong with blue gilly who wasjust behind him.
Scene 2:
Cavendish grabs luffy and isready to fight him but luffy pays no attention towards him. He is amazed by the shockwave. Don stops cavendish by saying that he would be disqualified if he fights outside the arena.
Cavendish tells luffy that he will kill him and all the rookies but luffy still pays no attention.
Scene 3: After some time:
The arena is covered with dust cloud. Dagama and king think that they have won. They start laughing.
But then there appears a shadow in the dust.
Dagama with a wtf face: how in the world can a person withstand such a powerful shockwave?
Dagama and king are still surprised. King hears someone approaching them from behind. As soon as he turns, barto is seen punching him.
The chapter ends with the question how did barto didnt fall and who is that mysterious man in shadow?
