[Predictions] One Piece Manga Chapter 699 Discussion and 700 Predictions

First off, momonosuke is a ****en legend, legend bwahahaha xd

Not sure if there going , dress rosa or green bit but if you look closely there are trees shown in the background of some panels of this chapter. Also we see an owl resting on the sea. Perhaps a new world animal?

I think if they go dress rosa like nami said then , there's gonna be a big fight because doflamingo is bloody pissed ATM lol, like someone suggested above, like even if the Caesar is given back I see do flamingo or his crew attacking the straw hats n law.

But, for some reason I don't think that will happen because law said :

' at least we know , the 500 artificial devil fruit users from kaidous crew will not increase in number'

This said, why would he give Caesar back? Caesar that way can make more, thus ruining their chance in taking down Kaidou?

Well Law already said that they're going to destroy the SAD factory on Dressrosa to, so even if they give Caesar back, it will probably take a while before they can resume the production again. Also it's safe to assume this was only the first stage of the plan. Don't forget that the final goal is beating one of the Yonkou and even though cutting off Kaidou's access to the SAD, making it so that he can't expand his Zoan army, is important, it doesn't take away that Kaidou already has a large army of Zoan's and he himself is still über powerful.

After reading the chapter once again, I noticed something. The other Supornovas that have been shown after the timeskip, which would be the ones who just made the alliances, have all gotten new pictures of themselves on their wanted posters. The pictures were at least taken after the Marineford War between the Government and Whitebeard, considering they look identical to their current appearances.

This made me think, will the Strawhat Pirates get new pictures of themselves on their wanted posters as well? They need some small changes with their bounties, at least in my opinion, and this is really perfect for the crew at the moment.

Doflamingo retreating from Kuzan I expected as much because Kuzan was not out looking for a fight and Doflamingo main target is Luffy/Law. Interesting how Doflamingo broke out Kuzan ice so easily, the only person that comes to my mind who broke Kuzan ice last time quickly was white beard. I think Kuzan "might" join the revolution army due to the conversation with Smoker and what Doflamingo said about he heard a lot of bad thing about Kuzan lately.

Robin finally gets fan services nice xd because usually it's Nami. Robin is the mother of the straw hats, so Robin giving Momonoske a bath was no surprise. Momonoske troll face was funny he puts Sanji to shame cause Momonoske slept with two beautiful women lol. News spreads quick already the world knows about the straw hat alliance with Law and Kids alliance. I think Law going to give CC back since Doflamingo step down his title.

Doflamingo has the King's Disposition and has quite a good control over it to, so it's no surprise if he was able to get out of the ice. Also Buffalo said something about not having his heart frozen, so if the ice would have reached his heart, he would have apparently died. So I still would see this as a very close call.
