Well it would be weird if they haven't gotten at least one new admiral. Even though there isn't a specific law that says there have to be a certain amount of admirals at any given time (as far as I know, though I think this got once confirmed), it would be odd if they went from 3 admirals to just 1. So there should be at least one new admiral.

I loved the end part of this chapter. Even if Doflamingo steps down from Shichibukai Law only said he will contact him again meaning there are other terms and demands he will have Doflamingo accept untill he drives him insane and reaps whatever reward comes with it.
Doflamingo is not a fool though, he knows very well what kinda person Law is now and if he steps down he'll not only get more demands to stall time but now having made enemies of the marines it will be harder for him to operate and the longer Ceasar is out of his hands the closer comes a war with Kaido. Also, we can only assume this is the beginning of Law's plan since he told Luffy once they captured Ceasar things would start moving fast and he'd tell them his plans in detail.
I give this chapter 5/5, it was amazing.xd

I'm pretty sure we will see them soon. I don't think Caesar would have been very comfortable if Law's crew would have been loitering around.what I'm curious is where is Law's crew and submarine?
Noo, that's just the shape of the bird or whatever they're floating on xD my first though was that the thing of his knee was a top hat and that it might've been Lucci since he was shown a few chapters earlier when Ceasar got beat.

agree, 30% is quite a lot xd i mean, there are 9 Strawhat pirates, Kinemon i guess maybe and Law right now,...even with Law's crew i think it would be way too tough to beat army of Zoans AND Emperor Kaidou himself :| GOD even if they team up with Kid (which i believe will happen to stand a chance against Kaidou and his army), it will be super tough xdWhy would he make a current emperor only stronger then? I mean the stronger he makes Kaidou, the more dangerous it becomes for Doflamingo himself.
30% is actually quite big considering we're talking about taking down an Emperor. I mean that's almost having a 1/3 shot on succeeding .-.
Pretty funny though, by now Luffy pissed of a warlord, an Emperor and he's planning to take on another Emperor xd and all of that still only in a few days

According to Law Kaido is the strongest thing alive and that their chances of winning are 30%, when Law said "thing" Kaido probably isn't even human and Kaido name means "hundred beast", so Kaido could be some type of monster or a new species. The scene with kids leaving was ok to me nothing special. The end of chapter was boss, Law once again laying down the Law and it's official Doflamingo is Law's bitch xd. More then likely Doflamingo is going to quick his position and hunt down Law.
