I figured, isn't Chopper only intelligent and 'humanoid' because he ate the human fruit? I don't think we've seen other animals eating df, we've only seen weapons having df abilities and who looks like animals.
What if Bepo ate a smiley fruit? Law has connections to Doflamingo in the past, i don't see why not.

He's humanoid because he ate the Human fruit (which I mentioned), though he already had a conscious before that as he remembers his years of just being a reindeer. And we have seen other animals eating DF, on Skypiea there was that weird bird who ate the horse fruit or vice versa.

And yes I was thinking about that too after I posted it. It's not impossible, but it's not that types like him are so abnormal.

I thought the chapter was ok the ending saved this chapter. Luffy want to wipe the floor with all 4 emperors including Shanks, which is interesting. I think X-Drake will get in involvement when the straw hats go after Kaido, because Kaido last time we seen him was when him and his crew attack Scotch to get Kaido attention, my guess to take over Kaido territory. We don't know much about X-Drake activates during the time skip, so this a good chance for X-Drake to return.

I give this chapter umm 3.5/5, it was a ok chapter of One Piece this week.

If that's the only other animal besides Chopper with a fruit as far as what we've seen then Chopper might indeed be the only true animal with intelligence due to eating the specific fruit. Bepo and Pekoms have both indirect contact with Doflamingo so i might be right.

Chopper already had a certain form of intelligence before eating the fruit, in fact most animals do in OP. I mean Chopper can speak with other animal, the human fruit allowed him to communicate between two worlds, but it's not like that most of the animals are stupid.

Well counting has never really been his forte, also he might already have removed on finger by counting down, but just changed his mind in saying he will just beat them all down instead of naming them all individually.

Wonder what the next island's environment will be, I am expecting that Lightning-Island (as their log pose originally pointed there, and them arriving on Punk Hazard would have had no effect on their log pose because Punk Hazard has no magnetic field) but who knows.

They already have passed the lightning rain island. There are only three options when leaving FI and one of them is the lightning island, however the Strawhats bypassed them all and ended up PH via that maelstrom or whatever they travelled under water. Also the log poses of the NW always catch three magnetic fields. And the reason I think PH doesn't have a magnetic field, is because Aokiji and Akainu wrecked it, though I might just be imagining that.

Either way I think the next island is going to be the Country of Wano. Momonosuke and Kinemon didn't really had any important role in the current arc, so what was the point of introducing them? So they might play a central role in the next arc, similar to how Vivi became important in the Alabasta arc. Also the Country of Wano shouldn't be too far from PH and Momonosuke and Kinemon need to get there somehow. The marines are going to bring the children home, though considering those two characters got some special attention, I think they're going to go with the Strawhats (not joining the crew to avoid confusion).

But no animal aside from Bepo and Pekoms apparently have Choppers level of intelligence for an animal and that's only if they actually are animals and not former humans. Chopper had memory of his life as a reindeer, it doesnt mean he was anymore intelligent then other animals before he ate the devil fruit.

I also think Wano Country will be next, it has been forshadowed with the Samurai who fought Zoro in the Thriller Bark and he once slayed a dragon. They will probably not get further involved with Doflamingo untill later arcs.

I liked the chapter but I'm a bit annoyed the dam "shadowy" figure of the previous chapter wasn't revealed. And the awesome dragon-fruit kid will be roaming back with his dad and not the strawhats and thats a disappointment for me. I wanted him to be the new straw hat.

I think Kinemon and Momonosuke are going to go with the Strawhats to the country of Wano, in the least nothing has been said about them not going with the Strawhats. True. They were posted and developed, their backgrounds explained. Wouldn't do much good if they weren't "used" in the plot. Still, I don't see Kinemon as a strawhat but i do see Momonosuke as one. For some reason...dunno...its this gut feeling.

I see neither as them as Strawhats, but that doesn't mean they can be involved with them. For some reason a lot of people always see 'the next Strawhat' so fast in interesting characters.

I agree, though it isn't really confirmed that she is dead yet. She would really just be a waste of character, in my opinion, if she was to die now, just about 40 chapters after she was introduced. I honestly still believe she will survive somehow, either being rescued or surviving at own hands.
