I sincerely doubt that as Joker was flying (or hovering or whatever) and he was in quite the hurry. This guy was apparently sleeping and is quite relaxed. Also we already know Joker is going towards Punk Hazard, so it's both redundant and contradictory to only show a shadow of him that was sleeping. It's save to assume that's not Joker, so I'm just going to make a wild guess and say it's Dr. Vegapunk himself.
That's actually quite possible considering he has been riding before with a bicycle over the seas.
I think that's possible because they person said, "Which way was it again? Punk Hazard..."
This even strengthens the possibility even more Caliburn.
Logia users are no longer special since haki is a common thing between pirates... it takes logia down the level of zoan and paramecia.. so hope it's Aokiji
Meh. I don't deem it impossible that he teams up with the Strawhats for a while, however I don't see him doing it under the motivation of making Luffy the Pirate King or whatever. I mean he is still a former admiral. As I recall Aokiji still ows Garp a debt, hence he might help Luffy.
That's a bit too much. The New World Pirates are of a higher caliber, but saying that suddenly Logia users are degraded is a bit over the top as you also need to take into consideration the level of haki of the Logia user. It's true that that Logia's aren't all powerful anymore in the New World, which Monet showed, but they still are Logia users, so it's going too far saying that they are being downgraded. I mean there are also differencess in the control of haki. It's not because you know a bit of haki that you suddenly can start hitting Akainu.

I can see that happening. but imagine their reaction if Aokiji suddenly joins them. they'd be freak out. xd
Of all strongest Logias, it's Akainu as a perfect example. However, yeah, haki users are levels. To reach a highest level of haki such as Shanks. It still not guaranteed to overcome/win against someone like Akainu, but the point is Logia users need to think twice before they get themselves beaten to a pulp.
Well as several people noted by now it's potentially Aokiji and I doubt he would be allied with Doflamingo.
