it was sad how it usopp n nami inside sanji body got captured but like WTH!

in the last few panels wat i could make out was that he was broadcasting his wierd massive gas thingy that is on the island to a few strong pirates:

Two questions though

i know one was Eustass Kid, and the other was Big Mom's thugs, but who was the guy with the sword? any thoughts?

and i think Smiley = Eustass Kid or it could be the sword guy^^ :shrug:
