It would be cool if he joined, but do you think it will happen? Vivi is the only person who's turned down an invite. The Straw Hats will be even stronger if he joins which foreshadows how tough future opponents will be.

I read the spoilers so i knew it was coming but it still put a big goofy grin on my face to see Luffy ask Jimbei to join the crew.
And i also finally got format right!!!!
or maybe not, i see Cali edited, DANG I THOUGHT I HAD FINALLY DONE IT CORRECTLY!

For some reason seeing all those seakings talking so casually to each other is really overwhelming. And I knew it ^x^ last chapter I was thinking that those large chains were probably for seakings to pull the ship. Ever since I first saw Noah I was intrigued as for what the purpose of those chains and cranes exactly was.

When they were mentioning Rayleigh and Roger I had the image of some comedy sketch in my head xd:

...Rayleigh...Rayleigh, I heard someone talking on the ocean floor.

What? How can that be? Everything is quiet.

*screams* Who's there? Who's down there on the ocean floor! Answer me!

Hmmm...I really wonder what Caribou's up to now?

I still find it weird if Jinbei actually would join. That's like having Mihawk, Crocodile or Donflamingo joining your crew =/

I usually read at mangareader simply because they tend to be up first from what i have seen, and thats not as bad as i thought it was. When i first started the thread, it was all kinds of screwy even though i had simply copy and pasted from the format i have saved from the last time i did, somehow had two of everything and you could see all the code, no wonder i missed the Subtitle after i had to redo it lol.

I think Jinbei will, he was introduced as not wanting to be a Shichibukai anymore, plus Luffy seemed to have been keeping up with him at that point when he was initially introduced and Luffy is way stronger....
We shall see what he says though, only Vivi has beaten the Invite No Mi from Luffy so we shall see if Jinbei decides to decline or take it.

Vivi was the heir to a country, obviously her burden was alot bigger than Jinbe's.. their situations can't really be compared.

Great chapter. Even more comparisons between Luffy & Roger. I am guessing Luffy can hear the voices of things like Rayleigh said Roger could do. & I do hope Jinbei joins I think he fits well with the crew & he is really strong & smart but I will hold off the celebration until he actually excepts.

And like alot of ppl said before: I also think it would be weird for Jinbe to join the Straw Hats so I'm really not sure what next chapter will be like. :|

Loved when the Seakings thought Luffy could hear them and then showing the flashback of Roger.

Theres no way Jinbe could turn down that invitation. And it even said in the end of the chapter: "The bonds between fishman and humans begin.."

Also, someone said Jinbe being twice the age of Luffy would seem weird to have him on the crew.
Franky is almost twice Luffys age. Brook is almost 5 times Luffys age.. o_o Nothing would seem weird to me anymore.

Got chills when Jinbei was giving his blood and saw Luffy smiling, I knew he was going to ask him to be his nakama

I can't wait for next weeks chapter, this one was so damn good.

ah man, this chapter was sooooo good. i think jimbei will join. StrawHat is a lot stronger now. Also they seem to have a diverse team. So jimbei would be perfect. On the other hand, it may be too easy for them now if he joins. I know the new world is strong, but jimbei has so many perks of being a fishman.
