awsome chapter usopp was awsome and it is starting too look like he has split personality's because one minute hes the same scardy cat next he's sick! i love the pop greens bamboo jungle was amazing, I wonder if he will fight that sniper guy from the black beard pirates (forgot his name know)

Bleach isn't even trying anymore. It's the same old plot once again, with a different envelop. One Piece is on a whole other level, each chapter is so important to the story development. Think about it, over 600 chapters and the story is about half way done (maybe even less). It's simply amazing how Oda created such a complex and vast universe while always keeping us drooling when reading every fights.
One Piece is superior to most manga, if not all manga.
Noah destroys fishman island, Strawhats destroy new fishman pirates. Noah gets maybe destroyed in the clash.
Fishmen have nowhere to live, so they go to the surface and start integrating into the community. Shirohoshi protects the fishman from the humans that try to capture, by controlling sea kings.
Jinbe has a large bounty on his head, so he no longer can hide in fishman island, and so Luffy invites him to join the crew. (unsure about this one, because Jinbe has higher bounty than Luffy, maybe Jinbe starts his own pirate crew, or revives the Sun Pirates and using his name, protects the fishmen as well?)
Surume goes back to north pole(?) but returns whenever Luffy calls for him.

And I don't think that humans are going to attack the fishmen when the get to the surface beause then it would justify Hody's motives for doing all these things. I think it is more likely that the humans are probably scared and Shirahoshi will comfort them with a speech and asks to live together. I don't think people are so reckless to attack an enourmous group of fishmen who are stronger then humans. Besides the arc will propably some sort of island on the surface which will be the new fishman island. So then it wouldn't be a problem if Luffy destroys the island.

I thought Jinbei and Luffy had the same bounty, both were at 400million, or maybe im not remembering correctly.

The only one I really want to join is Surume. Everyone one else is just, meh.

I think Oda just made it clear to use that Jinbei will not join the SH by saying that his bounty was over Luffy's.
The captain needs to be considered the strongest on the ship.
That doesn't mean anything. When Robin first joined her bounty was 79 M and Luffy's only 30M after the Alabasta arc. She wasn't considered a nakama by then just as Jinbe is now.
When the Strawhats appeared again and beat those two pacifista's and Sentomaru at Archipelago. I'm sure it will be reported in at Marine HQ and their bounty will be higher because they're even a bigger threat now.
Oda has always been very careful with bounties I'm sure he has planned this out what he is going to do next. Jinbe joining is still an option.

I did mention in my last post that the captain needs to be considered the "strongest" on board. Robin never had that bounty because of her combat skills (which are nonetheless deadly), but because of her abilities to read poneglyph (and her affiliation to the Oharan clan). This made the difference. In this case, Jinbei could very well be stronger then Luffy, we don't know enough about his abilities to stop considering it.
Plus, consider the hierarchy on the ship;
1st: Luffy
2nd: Zorro (at least I like to consider his the second in command)
3rd: Sanji
...etc
Where would Jinbei fit in this? Take Zorro's place as first mate? In my opinion, making him join the SH would mess up the balance that exsit in the crew hierarchy.

Doesnt mean anything, i think their is a way for the dynamic to work, granted i think Surume will be the one to join but i still think Jinbei is a viable option, plus he cant go with the rest of the fishman and mermen to the surface just because he has that bounty on him, so he will have to do something else. He is also considered a nakama but i think if luffy really wanted to he could still prove himself top dog, rambled a bit but i dont think you can rule out jinbei at this point.:shrug:
