While i agree with you that Jimbei is the most likely candidate to join the SH's, I am not sure that anyone would join the crew at this time. Im kinda getting the feeling that Oda is playing with our minds and getting us to speculate who will join the crew when in reality no one would. If anyone does join from this arc, i think it will be Jimbei but im doubtful that anyone would join.

Yeah, I agree with you on that. The timing is still a bit early, as brooke joined not too long ago as well. There is a ton left to go in the story, so who knows who else they'll come across. Everything I said before is just assuming a fishman joins them - the only thing that throws me off is Jinbei's relatively "old" age..the rest of the SH's are, for the most part, experiencing life at a young adult age. Brooke is obviously an exception with his devil fruit.

I don't think anyone will join the SH right now...the fishmans don't have any reason to join them, as they will be kicking humans asses in the future.

hmm, when luffy said he wantd 10 crewmates, i would think he was excluding himself yea? and would the sunny count? merry was considered a nakama LOL
so his alredi got 8, yea i think its abit earli to get a new crew mate, siince his got 2 positions left? But than again as few of the post above mentioned jinbe fits a typical starw hat crew profile, plus jinbe can't stay with the fishmen b'cuz of his alliance with the pirates during the war. so he has one of 3 options:
1. join the straw hats
2. join up wit monkey d dragon (unlikeli)
3. start a new fishmen pirate crew to carry on tiger's initial dream

..i personali think 3 is the most likeli, since luffy isnt the type to kill all those fishmen thats wit hody...they would make apreti powerful crew and as jinbe as captain they are not to b messed with lol
..but than agen he has a score to settle wit magma-brat lol

in any case, jinbe/hachi will be with them to show them off to the 'new world', and i think the next straw hat wil be a shooter, ussop is good and all but they need a shooter with an actual gun, not toys lol
