I love One Piece. But most of this arc I haven't liked. I mean changing Hodi like this to make him stronger because Oda realized he messed up when he had Zorro completely own Hodi c'mon. I hate Hodi I think he's one of the worst villains so far in the series. I'M eagerly waiting for this arc to end & actually getting to the New World.

I love One Piece. But most of this arc I haven't liked. I mean changing Hodi like this to make him stronger because Oda realized he messed up when he had Zorro completely own Hodi c'mon. I hate Hodi I think he's one of the worst villains so far in the series. I'M eagerly waiting for this arc to end & actually getting to the New World.

He didn't mess up with Zoro, he would have messed up if he didn't do it like this.

Or it's another former member of the Pirate king's crew or it's the previous captain of the Rumba pirates (though than he must be old). Can't find anyone else for the moment.

150km is definitely a mistake!

the island is 10000m below the sea level, that's 10km.

150km between two places in the bubble would make the bubble at least 150km in diameter, and diameter is suppose to include vertical diameter. That will make the bubble extend 140km above sea level.

I suppose it was 1,5 km.

But more important, what the hell happend to Luffy?? I'm 100% sure he wouldn't lose in a fight with Jinbei. And the last time talking to him was useless.

So did he already left and are Jinbei and the princess behind him or how did they manage to convince him.. ?

@ that very interesting quote, we don't know if the bubble is positioned above a sea abyss or on the precise floor of the sea so it could have 150km. Specially since it could cover the entirety of the red-line's thickness, like the true door to the new world. Add the fact the bubble does not need to be perfectly spherical since it is artificially made by the bubbly engineers. Or could you tell me the coating of the sunny was a perfect sphere?

It wasn't all that bad. Waiting for the showdown between the strawhats and the new fishmen pirates will be worth watching. Personally, this arc wasn't all that interesting except for some parts here and there.

I think he was the man who helped Luffy, Ace, and Sabo when they were kids. He was an old geezer who saved them from a bear, i think :/ But no doubt that it was that old geezer who lived in the dumpster after he quit being a pirate.

Shiki is supposed to have a steering wheel in his head.

Nope, that was a filler episode and he was a filler character, it never appeared in the manga, so it's impossible.

It was perfectly round when we saw it when the strawhats were approaching the island. Besides there were 2 bubbles so the 150KM was even inside the first bubble. That makes the outer bubble even bigger.

same here with jinbei coming along with the princess without luffy? what really happened? hordy has become so powerful, i remember the time when that bullet stuff was used by arlong as well but wait a moment, this one was really a jet missile, hordy clearly is superior than arlong in power now, perfect exercise for luffy before he gets into the new world, but the sad part is>> straw hats are missing, hope the next chapter will make it clear, eagerly waiting

And another error is that that Hody's scar of Zoro's slash doesn't resemble the way he was cut. He was cut through his tatoo in his lower belly. Now he has a scar across his whole chest and it doesn't go through the tattoo.

Pretty dissapointing chapter in my opinion. The whole army was taken out like fodder. Then the princes storm in and take the beasts out like fodder. So the enitre military strength of Fishman island rests on the shoulders of the princes.

And Hody's transformation is pretty over the top. His whole appearance changed by steroids. Could've lived with it if he was a bit more muscular. but even his hair colour changed.

Shirahoshi looked quite distressed when she left with Jimbei. I think that Luffy was beaten by Jimbei, seeing as a jet kick was blocked with minimal effort by Jimbei, though if Jimbei were better than Luffy, the punch to each other shouldn't have had the same effect.

I think that in the climax, when you don't know who's going to win, (jimbei v.s. Hody/Hodie/Hordy) Luffy will go like 'jet... pistol!' and blast hody away like it's no one's business, but one thing I don't like is that he always uses his adapted jet/balloon attacks... I always liked it before 3D2Y when luffy aways used it as a finisher... and no/minimal strain on luffy's body when he uses such a technique really is unrealistic.

Even though Oda and Mitsutoshi are friends, the manga toriko has more technical terms and one piece just brushes by them... I bet there will be no explanation for the pill, either. He just thought, 'a good way to make a battle is a weak guy takes some pills,' but he couldn't figure out how the pills would help exactly...

I was about to use the world medicine instead of pills but pills sounds more blunt and sinister.:flaw: to Oda for mistakes in this arc, like the 150 km one!
