And I watched the ending fight of Luffy vs Croc on that site and they still changed the words from the subbed version.

While I agree about the subs being better, you forget that the dub has to be made a different way. I would imagine the voice actors say their lines, and then the mouths would be animated to fit that, whereas the dub works the other way around. They have to try and translate it as best as they can while trying to keep the voices and the animation in sync with each other, and that can prove to be quite tough.

Also Crocodile sounds terrible in the dub.

And yeah Croc's dubbed voice is terrible. I think Usopp's dubbed voice fits him perfectly. Even though its annoying, but thats kinda expected.
