yeah we did and we gained lot of EXP from those pawned fights,and too be able too be a strong member of NB you have too go trough pawned if you like it or not bec in the end it will only help you ^^and seeing the reactions of the idea i suggest we drop this idea *sorry E it would just make too much ppl pissed ,but i for once can accept this rule if it would be placed in action but thats maybe bec i have less costums then the ppl stated above*

I totally agree with you naruto.. about how getting pwned is a needed process to grow on this site. Losing is the greatest teacher, and a lot of people need to be schooled.

It's not even about just losing customs, its the idea that sparked it.

People are mad about being reranked, and instead of working hard and gaining back there former positions they whine and complain and make it difficult for everyone else.

What should of happened was instead of trying to strip away everyone else's customs, work on a way in which getting to use them is a bit more fair(although i find them perfectly fine as is). The reason why you shouldn't use customs at a lower rank is because it's obvious you haven't shown proficiency in using the regular jutsu. Its not just because the mods wanted to strip away all that you had...

at least froum jounin, ppl could start to use costums.

and well, your right, maybe there are overpowered jutsus approved.
but as like someone said, its like comunism, all ppl equal to others and thats not fair to members that worked hard to get where they are.

If somehow this gets approved, i think all members have the right to re-submit theyr jutsus, just like an inspection to see if they have overpowered jutsus but for that, exists other way

instead of all of this

mods could check the costum users group. if they check everyones thread, nobody has to re-submit jutsus again. i think its the better solution.

if u agree with this, we need the opinions of the mods because they're the ones who have the power to judge our jutsus and check everyones jutsus in everyones thread.. well, they need pacience. but not just them, we need more, to stop asking those questions: ''are u done yet?'' and things similar to that

The MODs to soo much though and now we are being unfair to them to have them recheck there work, which was done efficiently the first time...

Idk why Emp used Madara's Uchiha's OVERPOWERED CUSTOMS...that btw i believe Pein87 approved and bibi was kind of forced to reapprove...

But given today's standard for customs, overpowered barely exist and if it does comes at a grave toll to the user in the form of...crazy (but needed ) restrictions.

No dude. I've waited 4 months to get all of them accepted I won't wait an other one.

Plus the issue of this poll is worthless because there is a lot more weak people (new member) which don't have to many custom and would like the stronger member to lose their custom for the time they resubmit them.

I agree, resubmitting would mean someone could submit the move you made before you... NO way that's happening to me!

G is right. New members have it easy. Back in my day, there were 3 people who fought every single day, and specifically one person who could defeat Bisha in 2 turns. That's right, Madara.

If I even tried to interfere with his battles, he would destroy me from the inside out O_O Fighting Madara was a fate worse than death, but because I fought stronger people like UchihaObito and Grimm and Bisha and others, I grew stronger.

New members have to earn their status. "Nobody starts in heaven, not you, not me, not even God (well maybe God)..." ~Aizen XD

Absolutely not, this is pretty extreme, enough is happening as it is. You talk about being fair, but this is only fair to the new people and seems pretty unfair to the people who have to resubmit. Theres a much simpler way for the fights to be fair on new members, they can just say no customs. So this is unneccesary extra work. They'll be enough complaints as it is, and even more when all the previosly approved customs start getting declined so people will in fact lose customs. The theres other issues such as Custom elements, what happens with them. They'll be useless for a period of time. Then they'll be issues of people submitting others customs or similar ones. And can you imagine the work when everyone submits 5 customs at the same time. I don't have a problem with the mods working, its there job but they have enough to do without having to do unnecessary trivial things such as this.

It sucks with people leaving as it is and this is only going to lead to more people leaving. I greatly appreciate all the work the everyone does but too many rules and changes are gonna kill off the RP here.

I believe your main point was its unfair on the new members but as i said they can just say no customs in their fights until they customs of their own. It's simpler, easier and fairer. The fact that people would have to resubmit their customs would annoy people enough but then with all the ones that get declined and were previously approved, its just gonna be crazy.
