Alright...
I perform the three hand seals Rat - Dog - Ox, followed by me condensing water molecules with my suiton chakra inside my palm where i gather a vast amount trying to create a long whip made of water, by using shape manipulation to form a 3 meter long whip of water.
hows that... a little too bad....
