Or he only cares about his goal, and having a name doesn't contribute anything to that goal. As we've seen in this chapter he doesn't like individuality and having a name is part of being an individual.

A lot of people have made threads on it, so I'll just post here what I think.

I don't think for one second that Kakashi is going to use Chidori. If he does use it, it's for an ulterior purpose. Considering he has already been fighting Tobi and probably has used Chidori countless times, for an intelligent person such as Kakashi there wouldn't be any reasoning for repeating that jutsu.
Kishimoto again has tried to troll all of us, by making us think he was going to do the same thing. (Or maybe he does and Kishimoto is very bored)

He may be using a jutsu that he might have used when he defeated the 7 swordsmen of the mist, when they didn't show the rest of that fight. It may also help show who this mysterious "Tobi" is.​
