Half the Uchicha brother's fight is literally filler(genjutsu) xd I kid, I kid. But yeah it's harder and harder for the anime to put fillers in now because everyone has their own thing going and the pace is fairly quick. The Uchicha fight is immediately after the Jiraiya/Pain fight anyways.
