Omg Omg i was right with the Big tsukuyomi i made a thread before a couple of weeks before when we first read about the moon's eye plan and i said about that with an big sharingan in the moon haha omg i was right !! xd

2nd. The jutsu you are referring to is Mugen Tsukyomi. Its not the monster's technique. It's Madara's and it seems to be a combination of the rin'negan and the sharingan.(which is probably the complete form of the doujutsu)

3rd. Madara is declaring war on the entire ninja world. not all the kages against each other.
