I would have just taken shuriken and strapped them all over his body using time released explosive notes then just before they detonated, released the Mind Transfer Jutsu to have the shurikens blown threw his body in all directions.

doesnt matter she knows how to use the justu, so she can use water....
and because of you leaving twice without saying so you pretty much lose no matter wat...

There is no time limit on any battle. If his turn comes up and he doesn't respond, the battle waits until he returns (although it's common courtesy to let your opponent know that you are leaving). I've seen battles go on for several days at a time. Hell, one battle I was acting as judge on (I think it was Shodaime and [someone.. can't remember] vs. Zanji and Madara). It took almost a week to get the first 3 moves in because people kept ditching out.

i cannot use my elements until anbu because i have bad chakra control and i only have water and fire but i cannot use the jutsus i am all taijutsu *i can use escape jutsu and change body stance tho) for right now
