Now, that is the generic use of Sealing techniques to seal "matter". But the most versatile use of Fuuin is to seal Chakra AND matter. In this case we talk about the ability to seal and affect chakra and chakra flows.
Now, draw the these kanji *shows a scroll with a bunch of them* on your scroll with the kanji for fire in the middle and do these handseals *shows* when you are ready, releasing your chakra into the scroll.

As you do it correctly, a mist will escape the sealing scroll and engulf the flame, grabbing hold of it and pulling it inside the scroll, effectively sealing it within it.

I take 1 of my many scrolls around me and perfectly write all kanjis as are on the scroll you showed to me, than into middle i write pretty big 火 kanji which signifies word Fire. I follow up by making 4 hand seals showed to me and focussing chakra into the scroll so that mist rises from the scroll and completely surrounds flame of the big candle and makes it seal into the scroll I prepared.
I got some questions, can you please answer them to me?
Question 1: Up to S-rank means S-ranked and below or A-ranked and below techniques?
Question 2: Would it seal even really wide techniques like Madara's Majestic Annihilation?

2. Well...from the wording of the technique, it says seals the technique. It doesn't mention size nor span of the jutsu so I'm assuming that it'll be sealed, even though Logic would imply that it wouldn't be able to.
Okay, so these two we just learn cover the basics of fuuinjutsu: sealing and unsealing things. From there, we move on to the specific forms of sealing.
( Fūin Fuda ) – Sealing Tag

Note: This technique only works against summons, or bodies resurrected via Edo Tensei.

I summon some random Buzzard, than I take one clean tag and write the necessary formula on it as I focus chakra into it, than I put it on the Buzzard I summoned and the Seal from the Tag envelops it and after 5 seconds I put it at it, the Buzzard disappears.

not really cause i doubt i will ever use this one as 5 seconds is way too long imo, maybe against some really big summon i will use it as that big summon would have big problems to take it down with his big hands, for example Gamabunta wouldn't be able to take it down in time imo

Well, Gama is a bit fluid and agile despite his size. Maybe if you place the seal on his legs or foot, it'll work on him.

Dunno how i should perform it in training cause there is no Jinchuuriki around but i understand it, just a question, with Naruto i suppose it would seal "only" Nine Tailed Fox Chakra Mode, correct?

Very cool if used with earth/crystal/steel etc techniques. Once you put the tags, the container becomes invulnerable for one turn, during which the enemy is trapped inside. Placing and activating it is hard, but not impossible in battle.

*i create an Earth Prison and than i prepare 5 clean tags on which i write necessary formula which i then put on the dome in 5 points on the dome, then i create Oodama Rasengan on my left hand and smash it into the Prison which is B-rank, but it doesn't break because of the Sealing Technique i put on it*

2) Let's say i create B-ranked Prison around me and then put Sealing Tags from the inside, would it protect me even from Forbidden ranked technique?

2) yeah, that's what i'm asking, i mean, i know you said invulnerable, but still, i find it hard to believe it could protect me even from Bijuudama O_0
