By reading this I couldnt tell weither or not it was banned or she was just trying to make it stronger. Then Izuna begins to say that it shouldnt have been approved but it was. So I dont know weither or not it is or what. So if Wind.. Would like for me to post a different move then I will I have no problem with it. I was using it because I was to lazy to post the alternate move that i was contemplating on. .-.And you of course have the link to prove that?
