Okay so just to clarify..Onoki IS the strongest Kage?

We name one of Onoki's jutsus and try to find the ways other kage can counter it. Say, Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu.

Tsunade: can't counter
Raikage: same
Gaara: same
Mei: owned like a bitch.

The gramps owns even with sore back.

Tsunade : Can't be killed

Onoki: One punch K.O

Mei: Has a good chance

Raikage: Hes nothing compared to Tsunade in Taijutsu

Gaara: Has a good chance, but still less superior.

Of the current Kage he is overall the strongest.

Onooki would be the victor in a kage death match and his flight (which is faster than gaara's) would get rid of his mobility problems. Onooki is the strongest because he beats people the other kage would have trouble with.
