Sketchy... This is true, but the possibilities with a tech like this are endless. Especially considering he could have programed KA supporting any personal goal.

Hard to use in battle because of lack of info but the potential in that tech is hax.

He used the koto crow the same way he used his regular gen crow. (assuming that wasn't the very same eye itself) in the scan against sasuke(cave) and naruto(sealed koto) to cast 3T gen.

3. For battle. Based off danzo vs sasuke, it seems to be asap according to obito (when he quoted whether or not to use koto or waste it on izanagi) idk
