The whip is made out of the finest steel aswell which easily could shred skin and do severe damage on the opponent.
The Earth King gives the user several bonuses:
~ The user will not be needed to perform any hand signs to perform earth jutsus at all aslong he have the whip on him.
~ The whip gives the users earth jutsus +15 and the opponent -5 to his.
~ The whip can be infused with earth chakra which will cause the whip to hardend and becomes straight(Like a sword) and capable of destroying rocks with raw strenght.
Notes:
~ The whip is indestructible, though that doesn't mean it can destroy everything.

My fist is the size of average fist and the rock's the size of my fist so I cannot think how you could leap up from the rock.

Kabuto biography.

Throwing the rock wouldn't take much time so I can as you release your water horn which is fairly large making it easily visible for me especially as you're close to me. When the lightning crackles around the water, I make one handseal to release a Wind storm that overpowers your previous techniques and make the water spalsh all around as you're blasted back where you started from.

The moment you appear over the tsunami I start walking backwards as a dragon emerges underneath me, and flies up infront of me and continues. I continue by walking backwards untill the dragon have set flight and is fully formed (So I stand on the same location, still). As the dragon makes impact with the wind that I wouldn't know, of it gets weakened though the remaining power of course continues at you.
